Buffalo Wild Wings

Not what we order. We order wings but receive boneless wing. Not the sauce and veggies we ordered too. Very disapointing.

The host Mariah was amazing! She greeted us nicely and accommodated our request to be by the bar. She was the only one who seemed to be doing her job. The waitress at the bar was terrible and was on her phone constantly and the manger was an idiot with no clue to what was going on. Thank you for all your Help Mariah that place doesn’t deserve you !! NEVER AGAIN

Upset, I had a good experience at the beginning. Then the bartender asked I ordered my food and I did. Over an hour later. Not what I ordered “ BACON-SMASHED HATCH CHILE BURGER” left is what I ordered vs what it’s supposed to be.

Whole heartedly has to be the worst service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. The food was fine, around what you’d expect but that’s where the good news ended. The food took longer than expected to come out, which I don’t mind, but the server was treating us in an absolutely nasty way. Attitude was absolutely disgusting. Every sentence that was said came with an ending of attitude. Anytime the server would come it would just be attitude, then a side eye as the server walked away. We had to get up to find napkins, straws, and we had to run around to tell the server we needed a refill. We had two birthdays at the time as well so we were gonna get desert, but the server wanted us out so bad that we were given the check before we could ask for anything. We never said anything rude to the server even after this and were minding just minding our own business. I don’t usually write reviews but this was mind boggling to me. Even after being given the check when we didn’t ask, we were just attempting to finish our food, and were called rude and were told it’d be nice if you could pay the check now. We were all stunned and the server could tell, and in preservation for us to tip the server came around to apologize. Reluctantly we still gave a tip, albeit not as much as we would’ve given if the server at least tried to provide some kind of service. The whole intersection was shocking and I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as that server was there. You have been warned!

By far one of the worst stores I ordered online from I ordered a bundle of 20 boneless wings with fries, my fries weren’t included, & none of my sauces were included. Got refunded 4 dollars missing half the order.

Very bad food, wins to dry,beer doesn't taste good, I ordered 5 kind of beer and they dont have it, really bad experience

It was my first time eating here and the food was actually pretty good. I will say that the complains about the wait time for food are very understandable as I had to wait over an hour for my food. I ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer and even that came an hour later. Also this place kind of smells like urine. The building its self is pretty clean but honestly I almost considered leaving after my food hadn’t come in over an hour.

Came in at 1140am to grab lunch I ordered online. Waited almost 20 minutes past the time it gave me. There was 1 family in the restaurant. Got a chicken sandwich and fries with a cookie.

The chicken sandwich was dry and smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. The bun was stale and the fries was a tiny portion with no flavor/salt/seasoning on them.

I understand this is a wing place but I've had better food from a gas station. The restaurant was very large and looks like a fun place to drink a beer with wings and watch sports but I don't recommend you come here with a family to eat. Won't be returning sadly.

Food was buns, staff is very slow and understaffed. mac and cheese was banging tho, absolutely phenomenal.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived. The waiter got our drink order but did not return to take out food order until about another 20min. A group of 4 people came in about 10 min after and their order was taken and food was brought out before our food order was even taken. Someone from our party order a side garden salad and the waitress left it off. He also said that he never heard us order a salad that it wasn’t on the menu anyway but it definitely was. There was actually a couple of things that we ordered that he did not have. Pepsi, Tito’s, and sweet tea. It is okay to be out of things at times but there was actually a lot of stuff on the menu that he said that they did not even serve. If you do not serve it, why is it on the menu?

It also took forever to get our check to leave. We were constantly looking for the waiter and never received a refill on our drinks.

We ordered a combo with salad. After bringing us the food, they told us the salads were on their way. Then they apologized because they were out of stock. But they never said anything to us when we first ordered. We paid $90 for two combos. Excessively expensive, incomplete, and poor service. No one said anything to us afterward. A bad experience. Now I understand why they have such bad reviews. Another franchise in decline.
