We ordered a combo with salad. After bringing us the food, they told us the salads were on their way. Then they apologized because they were out of stock. But they never said anything to us when we first ordered. We paid $90 for two combos. Excessively expensive, incomplete, and poor service. No one said anything to us afterward. A bad experience. Now I understand why they have such bad reviews. Another franchise in decline.

Service was really really bad. Waited 1+ hour for our food. Wasn’t even busy. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. Server must have had a bad day, it seemed like uttering words and smiling would cost her money.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings along with onion rings and pretzels online and few mins later they called me to say that they didn’t have boneless wings at 10pm. So I told them just to give me a refund for the boneless wings and I’ll just pick up the other items and they agreed. I went to pick up my food and they waiter that helped me took down my card information and said that he will manually give me a refund for the boneless wings. Days has passed and I never got my refund and the transaction was fully processed at the full amount . I tried calling but there is no one to talk to about this. I would go in person but I was just visiting so can’t come in. It’s not about the $17 dollars but it’s more of the integrity of this place. Horrible service horrible place.

I came in with my bf to have dinner, March 22 around 8:30 at night, we were seated in about 5 minutes which isn’t bad. Our server was nice and friendly, but it took him a good 15 minutes to give us our menus, drinks were quick. The food took about 35 minutes to come out and it was the same for every table, it was a pretty long wait for food and even witnessed customers walk out due to waiting. The food is great,the staff is friendly, it’s just the waiting time honestly.

Went there this past weekend, it was the first time I had been to a Buffalo wild wild in a long time and it was the worst meal I had in years.

The waitress was miserable and often responded nonverbally with grunts or pointing to the menu. We got fried pickles as an appetizer and it had no flavor at all, and seemed like they were freezer burnt instant products.

I got a buffalo chicken wrap, which the menu said came with chips and salsa, but I got fries. I asked the waitress and she said they're all standard with fries so I should have specified. Anyways the wrap was also flavorless and the chicken was dried and seemed like it was also from a freezer. The wrap was "grilled" but the cheese hadn't even melted inside, somehow the wrap was still dried out though. My wife got a mushroom burger that was dripping wet and she described as tasting like mushy slop. She didn't even eat half.

I guess the place was clean and it isn't very expensive but honestly just go to McDonald's or wingstop or some other takeout.

We waited over an hour for our food which has never happened before, we love this place. They were extremely busy, the wait time was ridiculous But I have to say that our waiters Nathaniel and Ivan did everything they could with the situation they kept apologizing, it was not their fault, but food was delayed and we saw a lot of customers walked out. We have to give Nathaniel and Ivan a five star rating 👍👍

Terrible experience at BWW Secaucus.... first we've been waiting about 15 minutes for a host to be seated. Another guest advised us just to sit down because they have also been waiting for nearly half an hour.... after about 10 minutes one of the waitresses said we should move to the bar part of the restaurant because they are closing the dining part. Tnx BWW you'll definitely never see us around.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We waited 25 minutes for a table while watching people who arrived after us get seated and served first. When we asked about it, the staff didn’t seem to care. The lack of organization and customer service is ridiculous. To make things worse, they delete negative reviews instead of fixing their issues.

Horrible Service.

BWW you have to do better with your servers and service. A Saturday night and it was barely busy (now I know why) yet the service was so slow and terrible. Tables are not properly cleaned, everything is sticky. After our appetizers came, we asked for small plates, only to be told “we have none, they are being washed”. We were offered liners to substitute for plates. No utensils were provided, and when requested, one plastic one was thrown on the table; we were a family of 3. The waitress disappeared and we couldn’t ask for more until about 15 minutes after. Napkins and wet wipes have to be requested when I feel these are essentials that should be provided automatically. The server seemed very unmotivated and inattentive. When we finished eating we all had leftovers. I asked for boxes; she brought me 1. I had to ask again for 2 more. Then when it’s time to pay the bill, the server took my card and didn’t return for 30-40 mins. I’m not kidding!! It wasn’t until I had to yell to get her attention and request my card. Server has quite the attitude! Not friendly at all. Definitely not good at her job. I don’t think I will ever dine here again.
As far as the food, it’s decent but nothing extra. Wings are small.

I ordered a large order and a children's menu and when I arrived they told me that there were no tenders and so i changed them for wings n boneless and I also ordered with sweet bbq sauce but when I got home I had 2 boxes without sauce and they didn't put sauce in the bag :/
It was 3 boxes of French fries and they only put 2 boxes

Terrible experience. They ran out of chicken and only told the driver, not me. How does that make sense? I spoke with Matt, who promised a refund, but I never got my money back. Looks like there’s a reason they only have 3.3 stars. Avoid this place.
