So I stop by earlier in the day trying to use a coupon and The GM Andre told me I can’t use it here and give me directions to where I can redeem it at! That’s was great!

So I made some money and came back to patronize!!!

The staff was off the charts!! Nas the Night Manager gave me great direction on how to use my blazing rewards!!! Melanie and Gelmier service was amazing!!!

All and all I been coming to BWW since I was 18 and this was one of the Best Experiences ever!!!

The reviews speaks for itself, we dined here once with my family and it was bad. However, we decided to give it another chance by getting a take out order and man, chicken was soggy and everything else tasted horrible. Never again

55 mins wait to get food served on an empty Monday evening setting. Rude server, warm beer. Save yourself a dime and don’t ever come here.

A bit slow and the entrance smells like urine. Wings could use more sauce but they came out nice and hot

Ordered a strawberry lemonade which took nearly 40 minutes to come out. The appetizers took the same amount of time and came out cold, then the main food was brought out 5 minutes after also cold.

Buffalo Wild Wings was lively and a bit crowded, but Zhane kept service quick and smooth. We enjoyed Kona beer, mozzarella sticks, Thai curry wings, onion rings, and a variety of cocktails. The Patron Margarita and Strawberry Margarita were standout favorites, with mozzarella sticks also hitting the mark. Overall, it’s a busy yet fun place to hang out with friends.

Waiter was very nice. Tried to help. But unable.
We were in town for a day in NYC. We wanted food we knew from home. To watch the football game. First a regular margarita which was ordered by saying I want the regular with salt. I really like it! The margarita was brought, saying we are out of rock salt sorry. Then the classic chicken wrap was ordered. But when it was brought it was pulled chicken. We questioned why since we thought it was breaded chicken. We were told no only buffalo comes that way. Last but not least. We asked for the check. Then find out the drawer has been pulled and the waiter had to go to others to make change. In which I was then shorted $0.82 The manager had disappeared. We were last ones in restraunt at 12. All other waiters waitresses left this waiter. The food was not right, the drink was not right. The drawer was pulled before last customer leaves. This is poor service. We do not get this in Maryland or PA. To think we came there because we thought we knew the food. Do better NJ

I love the wings my favorite mango habanero with a cold beer. Very friendly I’m glad my friends brought here. Definitely one of my favorite spots to hang out

I can't undestand the bad reviews about the service. The guy that took care of us was very helpful, granted it took a while because the place was packed. If you like this kind of places just give this place a chance. If you want a quick bite or can't stand your family for more than an hour go somewhere else.

Did a pick up order, the wings were dry.overcooked and sone were barely covered in sauce. I asked for 2 sides of veggies and got one, they didnt include any plates or napkins or even ketchup.
