It was my first time eating here and the food was actually pretty good. I will say that the complains about the wait time for food are very understandable as I had to wait over an hour for my food. I ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer and even that came an hour later. Also this place kind of smells like urine. The building its self is pretty clean but honestly I almost considered leaving after my food hadn’t come in over an hour.
I came in with my bf to have dinner, March 22 around 8:30 at night, we were seated in about 5 minutes which isn’t bad. Our server was nice and friendly, but it took him a good 15 minutes to give us our menus, drinks were quick. The food took about 35 minutes to come out and it was the same for every table, it was a pretty long wait for food and even witnessed customers walk out due to waiting. The food is great,the staff is friendly, it’s just the waiting time honestly.
BWW maintains its standard offerings, as you’d expect. However, this particular location feels more like a large, open cantina, lacking the cozy atmosphere of other locations. The food was good, though I was disappointed that they were out of the Chipotle Honey flavor I wanted to try. The server was friendly and attentive. While it’s not the best BWW location I’ve visited, it serves its purpose—food, beer, and football.
