Carrabba's Italian Grill

So I didn’t quite enjoy the service at this location. We barely saw our server, Jeremy, and when we did see him, he was talking to other servers. In the pictures, you can see that we got our appetizers before we even got our waters and sliced bread. We also ordered Cesar salad and not the house salad. It seemed slightly busy but not like a 30+ min wait kind of busy.Maybe he was having an off-day but we also asked a lady if she could bring us some water too but we never saw her again either. I’m not giving a one star because in retrospect, most of our food was still pretty good.

My family had a great time visiting Carrabba's on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded, and we had incredible service. The food was delicious as always - great portion sizes and served hot.Our kids were given a menu and crayons to play with, which made our meal time all the more enjoyable.Highly recommend this location!

1 star is about all this place deserves. I ordered the filet medium. This is pretty obviously not medium AND I’ve nver seen such a thin filet mignon. Probably because it was cooked to jerky. The asparagus and potatoes had so much pepper it was burning my throat and I couldn’t finish it. There were 4 other people at the bar someone else had to have their food reheated immediately upon being brought to them. They asked to speak to the manager who apologized and said their quality is usually better but offered no solution and the women didn’t even finish their food. Nobody else around us finished their food either and it looked just as bad. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

This is my third time in over course of my business stay. Twice Christine L gave me the very pleasant experience of dining single and feeling welcomed. Christine even offered to swap pasta for a vegetable when she realized I preferred to do so. The hostess here who greets everyone with a huge smile and calls those around her “love” adds sincere charm to this location. Loved all the food featured as well!! Thank you!

Our server Keisha R. Was very charismatic and attentive. Our family had a wonderful experience and she went above and beyond by making a special drink. Both my girl and her father heavily recommend it.

Last night was my families first time at Carrabas. Our server, Ashley, was very friendly, helpful, explained the differences in salad dressings and types of noodles. Service was fast and the food was great.Bonus points to Ashley for handling my wild and rambunctious children so great after they spent so many hours in the car traveling from Maine

From beginning to end the service was exceptional. The waitress danae was excellent and very knowledgeable about our choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is perfect and came out very fast and hot. We will definitely return. Our first time here and they have new customers for life. Thank you for the perfect dinner.

Food was amazing we ordered the salmon and steak for dinner salmon melts in your mouth steak was perfect and the spinach ? over all this place is great service to perfection our waiter was absolutely inviting and attentive wonderful place can't wait to go back

On 01/31/2022 my wife and I eat at Carrabba's Italian Grill the service was great that's the only reason I gave it two stars the food was not good I ordered the salmon and it had to much lemon my wife ordered some kind of chicken and that too had to much lemon it was disappointing. The bread was the best thing

Always love to come to carrabbas for a hearty meal. The ribs are tender and would definitely come back for more!

Great experience here. Right next to our hotel we walked to the restaurant on Christmas eve. Fast and friendly service. Waitress kept checking up on us. Great food.

Let me say, Carrabba's was one of my favorite sit down restaurant. However on NYE, I probably one the worst food delivery experience and I have had pretty bad experiences during the pandemic.After making me wait 45 mins beyond the pickup time, they gave me half the order- Forgot to give me 2nd bag. So after calming down my angry wife on NYE went back to get the 2nd bag. And now they forgot the soup.Reaching home, the food was dry, stale and literally inedible. Seemed they made this for lunch and served for dinner. What a waste of money and food.I wish I could blame the NYE crowd or plethora of delivery orders. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and during my wait, only 2 people came to pick up orders. So yeah!!Never again!!

Staying at the hotel next door, stopped in later in the evening on a weekday just to grab a drink and dessert. The restaurant was literally empty except for 2 maybe 3 tables and they told us 25-30 minutes… Walked across the street to Red Robin and got seated immediately.

I don't usually write a review but this weekend I took my fiancé to eat there and I can truly say this place was amazing. Service and food was amazing. Clean and organize. Thanks for a great experience.we will be back

First time eating one of these. Food was about what was expected. Great value for what we got. Service was amazing!
