Wow, I Just got off a plane from Florida and ended up at this historic bar by chance and what an amazing time I had. John is a great bartender with amazing hospitality and extensive ProWrestling knowledge. Tara Lynn is a wonderful representative of her legacy of family at this establishment that goes back to 1966. So if your in th mix , and you want to go to the best bar of NJ's list come to this! Charlie's Corner!

The absolute best dive bar I’ve ever been to! A friend and I came up from North Carolina for the weekend and stumbled upon Charlie’s…. 10/10!! We instantly felt welcomed and the bartenders are the best! Make sure you go on karaoke night!
Stopped by after a Devils game as recommended by other fans. Had karaoke going on and seemed like a fun atmosphere but as others have said, the bartenders were either nowhere to be found(literally) or chatting with customers when the entire bar was trying to order drinks. We waited patiently for 20 minutes as it was busy but ended up leaving because there was zero service. Maybe it was an off night but I'm not sure I'd return due to the lack of service.
