I cannot understand how people eat from here, it literally stinks very badly in here, me and my husband both had on mask and could still smell the bad stench, at first I thought maybe it was just the door coming in but now it was definitely the restaurant, we immediately got usher to the table pass the kitchen, in the kitchen is filthy I know all restaurants have their own disorderly conduct but that place was atrocious, once we remove our mask the stench was horrendous! We immediately got up out of there, to make matters worse there was a lady complaining to the waitress about a hair she found in her food, disgusting!!!!!!

I was excited to try Chili’s but I had such a terrible experience. First we were waiting to be sat and no one addressed us for longer than it should have been even though there were 2 people there. Then when we were finally sat and ordered food it took HOURS to come, we were there for at least 2 hours waiting that at that point I lost my appetite. I’m not sure if maybe they were understaffed or what but it was the worst time ever especially since it was for my sisters birthday.
