I love Chili's, but I am disappointed in this location. The quality of the food was not great. The salad was overbearingly spicy, chicken was hard, mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull and weren't warm, crispers sauce was watery, and food in general wasn't tasty. This service was not great either. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks so we stopped asking. The service was also extremely slow. I will not be returning to this location for sure. Everything I ate was below their normal standard, at least compared to the Clark and East Hannover locations.

Luz & Kevin made this the most memorable 30th birthday I could ask for! They were very accommodating and made sure we had the most wonderful time. We left with full stomachs and big hearts. They really did a phenomenal job making sure all 20 of us had a good time. Can’t wait to be back next year for my 31st!!

Had a great time at this location. Waiter Rick was amazing. Very attentive and helpful with a great vibe. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants over the years and never witnessed such amazing customer service work from Waiter Rick. If all of this Chilis staff as a great as Rick then the hiring managers are doing an amazing job with there hiring process. Thanks for an amazing experience.
I came in today for lunch and Sonny assisted me. I had no idea what I wanted. The items he suggested were perfect! He went above and beyond! People don’t realize how much great customer service means. Sonny is a prime example of how people in food service should be. He was so polite and patient and lunchtime is crazy. So the fact that he went out his way and didn’t rush me but gave suggestions instead made all the difference.

I’m not usually a chain restaurant fan but decided to pop it. The food was good (my medium rare burger was cooked perfectly!) and the Margarita (with top shelf liquor) plus the endless chips & salsa were great. And - the bill was extremely low! Mind blowing. Also- our server - Ephraim - was great! Super cordial, fast, attentive and just really nice energy.

Thought food would be good but absolutely wrong! This location has good service but food is a big no for me. No seasoning or flavor. I have ordered the triple dipper that includes southwestern eggrolls, bone in wings and honey chipotle chicken crispers only good thing were the eggrolls. For the entree I’ve ordered the fajita trio one word to describe SALTY! Taste they use boxed rice and the steak was too chewy. Drinks were watered down and not even full. Chilis is a no for me!!

This is the best Chili's I've ever been to. The crispy chicken sandwich and the smash burger were legitimately some of the best we've ever had, bar none! Compliments to the chefs and crew. Thank you!
