Every time I come here they are out of chicken or rice, guac, beans .. SOMETHING or EVERYTHING. Every single time. I have to wait an extra 20min for chicken to cook there’s been times I’ve just left bc they were waiting on MULTIPLE ingredients to come out. I just don’t understand how it’s EVERY TIME.

I went to Chipotle Secacous at 10:55 pm on a Saturday night . 1 hour before closing and the place was filthy . Food all over the place .The employees with a very bad attitude . I asked the guy if I could get some vegetables in a little container and he told me no I can’t and took the container and throw it in the garbage with a very bad attitude . I love Chipotle but I rather go to a place where people is nice . The place needs to be cleaner before someone calls the USDA.

The kitchen was disorganized. They ran out of Carne Asada just before I placed my order. The manager insisted that I could wait only two minutes. While I waited, I kept hearing, “It’s being cut.” After 30 minutes, the cook kept leaving his station. The guy was wearing a polo. I would expect more from the manager. The place wasn’t even that busy

This location always gets my online order wrong. I have to go into the store and order in person to get my order right. They forgot to add the tomato salsa this time and barely gave me any carne asada as you can see in the pic.

This location is absolute trash. If you go after 10, be advised that they’ll not only serve you ice cold garbage that’s dried out and gross and not at the right temp, they also never have enough of anything left so they’ll give you the smallest portions.
They close 40 mins before their scheduled time 😒
