This location is absolute trash. If you go after 10, be advised that they’ll not only serve you ice cold garbage that’s dried out and gross and not at the right temp, they also never have enough of anything left so they’ll give you the smallest portions.

Ordered a kids meal with soft tortillas, carnitas and white rice. But I got this instead. Can’t drive back because I live far. How do I explain this to my child ?

First off, most of the tables here are high tables where you sit on stools. These are not the most comfortable tables.
Secondly when we asked for more peppers and a couple other items they were very stingy. You can barely notice the difference between what you had before you asked extra and after.
I don't understand why a store would continue to sell fountain drinks without letting you know that all of the sodas aren't working and you will have to pick a lemonade or other non soda.
We informed them that the soda machine was not working and we're not offered a refund or any other substitution. We then sat down for 15 minutes and watched them continuously sell sodas to people who tried to confusedly use the soda machine that didn't work.
If your soda machine doesn't work don't sell the cups!
I got the new honey chicken bowl and it was delicious, but I don't think I would be back to this location again.

I live nearby and have been eating at this Chipotle since it opened. Unfortunately the quality has dropped so much that my family no longer wants to order from here, especially with Cava right next door. There have been food quality issues for months. The food we just ordered was inedible. The Burrito Bowl and Burrito had undercooked rice and cold meat. The steak in Burrito Bowl was so tough, it was either over cooked or left out too long. The Burrito was also so tiny, it was a more like a half or mini burrito. The Three Tacos were the only item that was good, as well as the Chips & Guacamole. The restaurant really needs to put a focus on their quality, especially with so many new restaurants opening nearby.

The food was good. Chipotle always is. The team was very stressed and they sped the process along and I didn’t even get all the items I wanted on my burrito because they weren’t paying attention. Luckily it was only one ingredient. They definitely could use some customer service training to deal with busy times while still being efficient and accurate.

Brain dead staff. Messed up my order after repeatedly confirming what I ordered.
I don't advise anyone to go to that dirty location. It's not clean enough and unfriendly crew. The manager is so rude, so I'm not going there again to spend my money in a place that has a disrespectful crew.

EXTREMELY stingy with protein portions. For that reason I ALWAYS get double portions of protein at this location. Yet the double portion is more like the portion that SUPPOSED to be given as a single. Is the protien cost coming out of the employees pockets or is management forcing the employees to be stingy? This is the ONLY location I have this issue with. Otherwise, I LOVE chipotle.

Got violently sick after ordering a burrito on Tuesday night. Legitimately felt like I was dying. This place is filthy certainly needs to be investigated. I almost died.

I am extremely appalled and disgusted by my recent experience at Chipotle. As a strict vegetarian, I trusted your establishment when I ordered a veggie burrito, only to find meat in it. This is not only grossly negligent but also deeply disrespectful to customers with dietary restrictions.
To make matters worse, I started vomiting after consuming this meal, which has left me physically ill and mentally disturbed. This level of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for your customers' trust and well-being.
I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and expect immediate action to ensure this never happens again.
This is not just disappointing; it’s an unforgivable breach of trust and food safety standards.
Food was ok but it’s hard to overlook the sanitary conditions. Mostly empty utensil containers with filth at the bottom, trash, spills, empty lemonade dispensers. Could be much better if management stepped up and took accountability for the conditions but unfortunately it’s similar to the standards of many Chipotles around the country. Reference photo.
