I loved it, the service was excellent and the pretzels were super fresh. I went before catching my train to Boston in the morning and they were very friendly and always willing to help.

I went to buy my breakfast and the girl who attended me was very kind and very friendly, the Classic rolls and the pretzels were delicious, you can see that they know what they do in the kitchen, highly recommended

Ordered a large ice cream cone paid 6 dollars the guys were confused tried to give me a cone toddler size very confused how you don’t know how to make a cone but also try to charge me 6 dollars for a large and say it’s one size makes no sense

Don’t waste your money I spent $18 on hotdog pretzels and a Cinnabon. They were extremely busy and both of my items were absolutely raw returned the pretzel hotdog for new ones. The new ones were a lot better but very oily and not worth the eight dollars then for the C Cinnabon, they were busy and didn’t have any money, but I didn’t mind waiting since my train was 20 minutes away waited 15 minutes finally got the Cinnabon in the middle was absolutely raw. Couldn’t break it up with the fork. They didn’t have any more made, and I didn’t have time to wait because my train was approaching for a new one

Sam the manager is very rude. Treats employees very rudely in front of customers. Grabbing them pushing them to the register.
