Great place, specially because dogs aren't allow.. dogs hair can land in an allergic person's ice cream

It’s Thursday at 4pm. It’s completely empty and the girls there just wanted to stair out the window. I asked them to help with a dirty table outside and they said it doesn’t belong to them and they refused. It’s right outside the place. I bought 5 ice creams and our hands were full. They have no bathrooms for customers. Service was terrible and highly unprofessional. Get better staff.

My girlfriend finished preparing her yogurt and got all the way to the register before the cashier informed her that dogs were not allowed inside. They made her walk out the door without paying or taking her yogurt when all that was left to do was pay! No yogurt? No dogs allowed? BIG thumbs down, booooooo

Haven’t had frozen yogurt for long time. The yogurt was nice with plenty of toppings to choose.
It was pricy though but once a while it’s ok.

The blonde girl at the desk was so rude. I do not recommend this Cups. The customer service was terrible. She had a bad attidtude the entire time. I believe her attitude may have been racially charged. We asked for the key to the bathroom and she rolled her eyes at us. As a tourist, I expect better service.

Not pet friendly was trying to get a to go cup. Had to leave at the request of staff. Most places don’t have issues with dogs anymore especially my five lb dog.
