Came here and we were seated, waiting for over 20 minutes to get serviced along with table next to use. I had to go to the waitress and ask what's going on? Finally someone comes over and takes our order. The crab cakes are horrible, burgers have shrunk in size, fries lukewarm. BBQ has come down a lot from the old days. Will hit Texas roadhouse next time.

I ordered the Ribs and stake. The ribs had no smoke taste and the stake was the worse steak I have had in years. Full of grizzle and no taste. Had to ask for water every time I was out.

My fam and I been going to BBQs for years. It’s a shame this location just opened and I have to come on here and write a bad review. First, they were out of baked potatoes which is one of the main sides. Then the waiter barely came to our table. My daughter also had fries with mold in them. And the bathrooms were disgusting. We definitely will not be going back.

I'm from NYC so I've been going to BBQ's and Dallas BBQ's That being said the food here is just as good the drinks were good the service was mediocre. The place was crowded from 8:00pm until about 1/2 hour before we left at 10:15pm . The waitress was great because crowded and all we didn't wait as long as I thought we would.

I barely touched the ribs and the meat slid right off the bone. That’s how you know it’s done right. Flavor was rich, juicy, and unforgettable.
Food was undercooked the wings and the onion cake was very greasy I never experienced a Dallas bbq this bad pay the tolls in go visit a Dallas bbq in manhattan don’t waste your money here

First we waited 40 mins to be seated(it was the weekend) then We waited over 40 minutes to be waited on (They sang happy birthday to two different groups of ppl) When she came we decided to just order everything at once since we saw where this was heading. Food came rather quickly(for 14ppl) We received drinks but had to request straws, chicken was cold on one dish (refrigerator old), missing fries, one meal late (5 minutes before everyone else was done eating), pitcher of beer came with no cup. Had to wait for server to come back past to get the cup. Mind you our server started waiting on tables on the inside while we sat missing items. Never asked if food was ok, never asked if we wanted refills, manager had to get my son honey mustard for his tenders that sat at the table for 15min(mind you he’s autistic and it’s the only thing he asked her for during ordering and will not eat without it) it’s like we were a afterthought. Like I have a few seconds let me get that cup. The manager got out to go containers and napkins. Yes we barely had napkins! The only time the server actually spent longer than two minutes at the table is when she took our orders and when she tried to figure out if we were lying about missing a meal. We spent over 600$ you think we’ll lie about missing a entree?! Then to top it off other than the cold plate everything else came out room temperature. When it was time to leave we waited and additional 30mins and then I asked another server to take payment and he said he couldn’t I had to wait. I threatened to leave and she came 15mins after that! 640$ down the drain. When I told the server the service was horrible, she stated she was busy. No excuse for common courtesy. We had empty cups that needed refilling sticky hands that needed wipes. They added the gratuity(about 79$) but had I had to give one it DEFINITELY shouldn’t have been that. Especially with the service we received. And to top it off they left the fries on the menu added a double shot to a drink(she only asked for one) service was so horrible I didn’t even want to stay to correct the bill! Not requesting $600 back but something gotta give!

I placed a to go order and the chicken was dipped in some tempura batter which was so thick it literally just encased the half chicken. I remember they used to just drizzled honey on it now its fried than drizzle. Also when I called to ask abt this the person the the phone kept telling me to contacze doordash, Doordaah doesnt.make the food !!!!

Totally enjoyed Dallas BBQ .. As a tourist from Europe the portions were way too big but we ordered accordingly.. Most people around us were taking home half of their food in containers.
Service was good, quick and friendly, food was good, drinks were good.. Prices ok, 120 including tip for two people.
Atmosphere was great, it seemed to us to be very local, families, friendly, noisy but in a good way, people having a good time.
