And came with a check with one price and when he the wrong change was given we questioned it and came back with the check having gratuity included. The Sticky Wings will change your life 😋😋😋. With a little patience due to very strong Spanish accents service is very helpful, polite and professional. The place was clean and comfortable to eat in.

I was here on Sunday night (8/10/25). The experience I had with my server was fine. The experience I had with the lady who said she was the manager in charge that night was HORRIBLE. The first red flag were the bugs(flies) flying all around biting people, I found one crawling on my cornbread but I ignored it and didn't say anything bc I didn't want to be a bother so I did not eat it. The second red flag was the hair inside of my drink and in my food. I discovered it after drinking some of my drink and once I moved my chicken the hair was underneath it. I let the waiter know who in return told the manager who was on site that night. When she came over she was very rude and acted as if she didn't know we just complained to the waitress. The manager stated to me that everyone there wears hair nets (She had a curly weave ponytail to the back of head with no hair net on). When I showed her the hair in both the food and drink she insisted that the hair came from me and was trying to go back and forth with me. She told me that the hair was on top and not baked into the food which meant it was my hair. I told her that I wasn't complaining to get anything for free but to alert her that there was food and they should be careful. I even told her that I will pay for the stuff. Once she stood there and tried to argue with me about a mistake that was made on their behalf I asked if she could take the food and drink and walk away from me bc she was not acting like a manager. I was unable to take a picture of the hair inside of the food and drink because she took it away before I was able to do so. I was not able to get her name either but I know what she looks like. I did explain to her that I ordered take out from this same location when they first opened and there was a piece of hair in my food and I have the picture of that. I will not recommend anyone to eat at the Secaucus location. I will travel to NY if I want BBQ's bc the one in NJ has horrible customer service. That manager needs to know how to deal with the public and not go back and forth with a customer.

I came here on a Saturday night and although the place was busy, the service was pretty good and there was not a wait time. The waitress was attentive and she did not take very long to bring out the food. The chicken wings and shrimp tasted good and the drinks were good too! I have no complaints about this place.

This was my first time at this location since it opened. I am a local and I am so happy that I do not have to go into Manhattan if I want some Dallas BBQ. We were warmly greeted as we entered the restaurant and immediately sat at our table. The waitress was friendly and prompt. The food came out quicker than we anticipated. Everything was warm, fresh and delicious. The decor is nice and modern. We had the sticky wings, chicken and waffles and the half rotisserie chicken. There is also an separate area that accommodate large parties. The restaurant is located next to the Courtyard Marriott. The parking lot lot is behind the hotel and there is ample parking. It can be very busy from Friday thru Sunday.

First, of all I ordered the half rack of ribs and I must say it the meat was very hard, the potato wasn't cooked right cornbread dry. What blew me away was the no refills on the small soda. The waiter never bothered to come around and asked if the meal was okay. No one to complain. I havr been to BBQs in the Bronx and never experienced this.
I'm only leaving 3 stars because I've been there 3 times and the 1st time, food was mediocre, drink was ok, and server was horrible. The second time, the food, server, and drink were not good. I wanted to give negative stars! I loved bbqs in the city, so I didn't want to give up on this location. This 3rd time was a charm! I told my server Ayanna about my previous experiences. Well, this time was so different. Ayanna was great!!! My food was piping hot and good! My drink was amazing! I will be coming back and hopefully Ayanna is there and the food and drink are good as well! If so, I'll review again and hopefully give more stars!
