Dave's Hot Chicken

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!

$12 for 2 chicken tenders...$45 for 8 piece meal...hope it is flaked in gold to be worth it...no thanks

the food was delivered but for all the hot chicken places in town. i think daves is my new favorite good portions. good quality chicken pickles galore. fries just right you can order hot very hot and reaper and youll be crying into your food! bring wet naps

Had this in uk it’s horrible

Just had Dave’s in Dover Delaware today for the first time. Staff was super friendly. Food was top notch. I highly recommend it

excellent food and service. a very inviting place. I give it 5 stars!!

They have the best spicy chicken in America

We finally got to try this place in Florence Kentucky. We've tried a couple of times before, but it was too crowded and the line was too long. My husband and I each ordered the two piece tender basket with fries and we shared a side of mac and cheese. The restaurant was clean and during our visit, I noticed employees coming out to wipe tables, sweep the floor and tidy the place up, which means something to me. I also noticed employees with hair nets and gloves. Another plus. Our food was hot and delicious. My husband got medium spice on his chicken and I got light spice. Both of us thought it was very good. We will definitely be back!

Went to Willoughby location and ordered 3 meals and sat down to wait. We waited about 40 minutes before I went up to the counter to ask because they skipped right over our number. The girl said it wasn’t ready yet so I went and sat back down to wait some more. After an hour and 15 minutes my husband went up to the counter and he was told that the order was never put in and did he want a milkshake as compensation. Needless to say we got a refund and we will not be returning anytime soon if ever again. It’s chicken tenders, not rocket science…get it together people!! Willoughby OH, location has ruined your brand for this family.

thanks for not mentioning the fact that you're closed on Easter Sunday I get it but at least you could have done was made a Facebook post or hadn't your phone system working. myself and the family drove an hour just to have our time wasted.

My husband stood in line for 44 minutes getting his order. There were 40 other people in line that were seething because it took so long. The Willoughby store needs to work on getting their orders out like Chick-fil-A who gets their orders out within five minutes I’m afraid my husband will never go back now because the wait is unacceptable.

The food is delicious. The delivery driver was nice. Fries, chicken sliders & tenders, and the frozen Hic tastes great. If you’re looking for a chicken place to go, here is the place.
