I ordered a 10-piece cauliflower and was given a 10-piece chicken instead. As a vegetarian, I could not eat the food. When I returned to the restaurant to address the mistake, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The employee was disengaged and unhelpful. Overall, a very poor experience.
Dave’s Hot Chicken is dangerously good. The chicken is insanely juicy with a crispy, spice-packed crust that actually delivers heat instead of just talking big. Add the soft bread, pickles, and creamy sauce, and it turns into a comfort-food knockout!!!!

Don't bother with delivery. Food is solid if get it there, but we have had more than one delivery experience where an order arrives completely cold and missing items. Location always says it is the fault of the delivery service, take it up with them. Not sure what the issue is, but we get takeout from all kinds of places and only this one has this problem consistently.
