Don’t know if it’s only this at time of the day but on 12/12 around 8pm bought two vanilla frosted donuts $4 and they were very hard and had to force myself to eat one just to not throw away my money. Please do a better job at keeping the donuts fresh.

Friendly and understanding staff! But over night the elderly man doesn’t change the coffee and it always taste burnt even the iced coffee tase burnt and he doesn’t read the mobile order notes

I had a great experience at Dunkin' Donuts thanks to the guy who work there names Jeet . Despite a trainee making a mistake with my order, he handled the situation with kindness. He quickly corrected the error with a smile and ensured my experience was still enjoyable. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

This location is always clean and the morning staff is very friendly however they really need to hire more staff in the morning it take about 15-20 minutes to get your order and they person making the food is always rushing and at times gives you the wrong order. The man in the overnight shift is really rude I don’t know what his problem is. I rather go to the location on Meadowlands they are faster and nice all the time .

Just ordered a Dunkin wrap there for the $3 deal through the appit was disgusting and it was still frozen cold after the first bite and none of the contents inside of wrap itself were hot nor even warm I threw it out this is terrible because it’s no way the employee though this was hot . My last time supporting this location

This Dunkin in Secaucus has a very advantageous location, being at the edge of Downtown Secaucus, and just walking distance from Secaucus Plaza. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere very ambient. If there is one drawback, it's that their selection of donuts and bagels are severely limited. This takes a little away from what could be a great establishment.
