The Dunkin employee Shelpa made my ice coffee great as it looked picture perfect. My order even came with a reusable Dunkin tote bag.I had a great experience thanks to Shelpa. I will visit this store again.

Workers need to slow down when making drinks and stop ripping people off. For iced coffees they fill the entire cup up with ice, constantly add more milk and sweeteners than you order and ensure you get as little coffee as possible. I feel like I’m getting ripped off more and more each time I visit. This will be the last time. Don’t go here if you value your morning coffee. I got 6oz of actual coffee in my medium. 6oz for $4… Whoever trained these employees are beyond greedy.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best. Everyone is kind. I live in fort Lee and my sons GF lives and Secaucus and I come here about 4 to 5 times a week and I love it. The Dunkin in Ft. Lee is the absolute worsts .

Everytime i arrive at Dunkin there is not donuts this place shouldn't be call donut place but dunkin coffee not even on free donut day. Is not like it used to be full of fresh donuts all the time we miss those days.

Don’t know if it’s only this at time of the day but on 12/12 around 8pm bought two vanilla frosted donuts $4 and they were very hard and had to force myself to eat one just to not throw away my money. Please do a better job at keeping the donuts fresh.
I was on holiday with my family. I had breakfast in these shops. I ate some delicious desserts. The staff were very welcoming. Nice experience.

Friendly and understanding staff! But over night the elderly man doesn’t change the coffee and it always taste burnt even the iced coffee tase burnt and he doesn’t read the mobile order notes
