Tonight we came to the front door at 8:50 and the male employee was cleaning up the store. We had two toddlers at the door with us who just wanted a scoop of ice cream after a long day. The male employee saw us at the door and just walked into the back. Heartless. You close early and can’t even open your doors for two little ones?
Won’t be coming back here ever again.

Nice drive thru operation and hot cocoas.
While listed as being ♿️ accessible, which the shop is, as is the entrance, there are no clear or efficient handicap parking spots in front. You have to park at the far end of the row of cars, down a few businesses, and that’s also where the curb cut is for people.

I come in Secaucus in November 23' from Greece and i stay for a week in redroof, every morning i take coffee from Dunkin with donut. The coffee and donuts was very good, the staff very helpfull about informations for NJ & NY, very clean store and the most of tables have breeze to charge your phone, of caurse very fast internet (very important for one tourist)

Hashbrowns cold, bec sandwich tasted like they sprayed the bread with cleaning supply and coffee tasted burnt…
Store was clean and icecream was good. The service was pathetic. Before giving the second icecream sample, the salesperson told that i have to buy something in angry tone. Then i asked for the biggest box they have, he did show me the smallest and asked whether it is the one i want it. I will never go back and they lost a customer today.
