June 30 early in the morning I stop to get a coffee no one was in the front so I gently call good morning, no one showed up than a guy came up from the basement with attitude almost yelling at us at the end a left with out my coffee that is not the way you treat customers.

The guy that works there in the morning very unprofessional you order snakin bacon he hands you the greasy bag instead of putting it in a bag that’s not the first time I had a bad experience with him he’s very rude

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. And definitely the slowest. Instead of doing their job and preparing your order they just jibber jabber in Arabic about the customers. Today I spoke up because I speak it. The man who works there is always rude and doesn’t even know how to use the register…. Dude you’re there every day how do you not know how to do your job. I asked for a bag which was right behind him and he told me to ask the woman who’s making the food. That’s when I snapped. If I could give it -100 stars I would. On top of that food is always cold. Last time I ever go there.

Literally ordered a sourdough sandwich and they didn’t make it a sandwich they gave me one piece of bread. Everything was stuck to the roof of the box they ruined my morning. I think what makes it worse is that the manager knew they gave it to me like this and said nothing.

Then this worker is walking around barefoot???
Dunkin’ when did you guys start doing this?? Imagine if hot coffee spilt on her feet?? Or a slip and fall because there is no foot wear.

This is a very nice Dunkin'. The staff is caring and polite. My co-worker made a huge coffee spill and they were kind and understanding. That made me feel the human kind is not lost yet. Thank you.

I stop by this location almost every morning on my way to work. They always greet you with a smile, remember your order and name and have a clean restroom. They are wonderful to deal with, always pleasant and nice.
Girl at the counter was friendly and got my order perfect. There was an owner or other employee though who parked up front and blocked cars from getting in or out. Not cool.
