I order my drink because I had some time before my train and had some Dunkin credit in the app. I go to pay with it after ordering and the cashier goes "sorry we don't take that" and then moves a sign to make it visible to people on line saying as much.
The guy behind her goes "not like anyone is going to read that anyway." Wrong!!! I would have read it!! (and only order a water or something!)

This is apparently a special dunkin that doesn’t honor the promo offers and codes from the dunkin app. They don’t even give rewards.. just some weird thing that I found out.

The staff is too slow, the service is bad, employees should be banned from using the phone during working hours, because then they don't listen to what customers ask for, They should improve customer service ,They put the phone on speaker and that's why they don't focus on what they're doing.

The ladies that were on today at 7am !! They know what they’re doing the girl in the register and who made the coffe chef kiss !! You can tell by the color of the coffee it was made perfectly!!

I asked for a large macchiato with 5 sugars, caramel and whole milk. You know what I got a cup of steam coffee and to top it off little indian and papi had a attitude but I ignored it and still tipped smh Dunkin I want my money back asap cup of doodoo water!!!!!!

I see why this place averages 2.9 stars. Cashier is very rude, and this dunkin might be the most expensive one I've been to. And they have a scanner but they don't scan your qr code for points.
Beware when you pay, the worker quickly clicked on tip of 18% before I had the chance to even press any option and then denied he did it. I had the other worker look at the receipt and show me the receipt that proved he added the tip! They gave me the tip money back but damn shady as hell..

Doesn’t take DD Apps, app credit don’t mean a thing.More expensive than Newark Penn Station/ Hoboken Terminal. Airport Prices.Counter person too impatient so he presses buttons on credit card machine to approve while lady in front of me had her card in it.Takes advantage of being only fast food place inside train station.
