Don’t take Dunkin gift card
Slow service one person working and she moving slow as if she does not have a line. No one ring up customer and another making the food and without that slows down the time when a lot of people go to work.

I think it’s cute that Dunkin Doughnuts closes their corporate office and takes a day off for Veterans but when I asked the young kid behind the counter here at Seacaucus Junction in NJ for my free doughnut he laughed and said we don’t participate in that here. Discrimination! I want my free doughnut if you’re taking the day off.

The African American young lady with the big red wig has a serious attitude problem. She should be more professional while working at the register being that she’s not out on the street with her homegirls. A cashier having a nasty attitude for no reason at all is very annoying.

They don't take the Dunkin app and then overcharge you for a coffee and donut. $6.46 is RIDICULOUS.

Does the job
There’s a reason it’s rated so low. Trust the system. Avoid this place is possible. They don’t take the Dunkin App. Not even Dunkin Gift cards. No Dunkin offers. Prices are expensive. Barista is RUDE. Barely speaks English and tell me she doesn’t understand my fluent English and makes fun of ME?? I’ve never seen this before. They had no Croissant. No bagels. Only English Muffin. I asked for a Medium coffee, they gave me a small. I didn’t even bother.
And the food tasted like CARDBOARD. How can a warm hot bagel taste this bad I have no idea.

This could be a good Dunkin’ Donuts Destination at the coffee is absolutely horrible. I travel with this station quite often and I’ve purchased from this Dunkin 3 times in hopes it would be better each time but every time it seems to suck they are expensive a small ice coffee w oatmilk and a plain bagel w cream cheese $9.37 absolutely insane wouldn’t even pay that much at a New York deli or at any other dunkin that offers the meal deal
But I will don’t spend another penny at this location I paid an extra 1.09 for cream cheese where’s the cream cheese!????

Refused to scan my app for rewards points. It was awkward so I just left. The one in Newark Penn is way better.

Rude and unhelpful staff, not great quality either. Don't bother going here if you are in a hurry

If I could give 0 stars I would. Repulsive location. Dirty. The hot food taste like gas due to not proper cleaning of the oven they use. They don’t accept dunkin pay and the staff are unfriendly. Avoid if you can.
We were at the Secaucus Junction station to catch a train to MetLife Stadium, and we had a couple of hours to kill while we waited for the train. We saw that there was a Dunkin open in the concourse and decided to take a look at the menu. We got a large Tropical Guava refresher made with green tea. Service was quick and kind, and the drink was nice. I would have wanted it sweeter, but honestly, it was the perfect amount of sweetness for someone who is normal about sweetness. The drink was very refreshing and my partner and I shared it. The price was not too bad given the other prices in the store it is located in are incredibly marked up!

They weren’t serving hot food and didn’t take the app payment.
I asked for a grilled cheese and the girl at the register said do you want cream cheese on it I said no just cheese on my grilled cheese. She then asked if I wanted bacon I said no. Then I got my “grilled cheese” and it ended up being the breakfast sandwich. I told them this is not what I ordered and if there was a way they could change it because I do not like eggs and they said I had to pay again for them to make a new one.
