I ordered item #10, grilled chicken. When it was made, the sandwich was cold and DID NOT LOOK GRILLED AT ALL. This is terrible, because I've had some delicious sandwiches in Italy, and they were incredible. Unfortunately, this was a caricature of national cuisine. Change!

As someone who lived in Italy, this deli is as close as it gets to being in the homeland!!! I've been to many other places outside Italy and nothing compares. I wish I loved closer living near DC, but when im within 30 mi uses Gios is a must!!!
