RATING=0 - DO NOT GO HERE. The food is stale & kept for days. The Staff sucks and was very rude towards me. The lady had condescending looks towards all customers present and did not seem to want to attend. THE MANAGER WAS THE RUDEST OF THEM ALL. We were using the private room for a work call & he entered without context & asked us to “GET OUT” out telling us it was not booked. No good manners for customer service. I was talking calmly while he kept yelling. Very bad experience.

Most of the bread/ bakery items are stale. Sandwiches are probably heated in a microwave. Can’t speak about drinks.

My 1st visit to store, 7/26, went in very excitedly and left beyond disturbed.

1. 2 Hispanic workers would not stop chatting and completely ignored me when I was ready to order.

2. The price on the screen when I signed was $3.80; $3.94 was actually charged which I noticed too late. In another word, NOT honest.

3. REFUSED to let me use either one of the 2 restrooms. Said “not working” and “owner aware” and that she, the cashier herself, “have not and did not need to use bathroom since started working 7am” and I was there 2:20pm. Really?

In short: Horrible! The most distasteful shopping experience I’ve ever had! Disrespectful customer service and not so fresh ice cream. Would never go back again!

Disappointed in my blueberry scone after breaking of a small piece, I went back up to the counter and requested something different. The woman at the counter seemed quite annoyed that I was unhappy with my item, telling me over and over again it was fine, it just came out of the box, there’s nothing wrong with it. After numerous requests for a replacement item, or to speak to a supervisor, she went to speak to someone in the back and did eventually give me a croissant. Not once did she ask me why I was unhappy, what she could do to make things better. The only thing more disappointing than my scone was the customer service I received. I have to say the croissant was also, meh.Not sure I would go back to give them another chance after today’s visit.

SO ordered an Everything bagel TOASTED with tomato and cream cheese, when it was out for delivery we were told that they sent it with no tomato as they didnt have any....not giving us any courtesy to change or replace the order with other options...when we received the COLD UNTOASTED BAGEL WITH NO TOMATO! and literally not even a SMEAR of cream cheese...THIS PLACE SUCKS THEY CANNOT EVEN GET A SIMPLE BAGEL ORDER CORRECT...don't waste your money and if you try to get someone on the phone to have courtesy and be nice to you their help is RUDE....totally beautiful place but dont be fooled by the exterior....what is inside SUCKS!

A gem in Secaucus, NJ ..a good variation of sandwiches, wraps, salad, i had Berry smothie made with coconut water..was delicious..i had a sandwich with mozarella, pesto and tomatoes (forgot the name) but tasted like pizza! 10/10. Will definitely recommend this place..clean and spacious to eat or even work ..also sitting outside is optional.

I bought two empanadas which smelled like old oil and it was not delicious at all. It was the two worse empanadas Ive ever had in my life and I have had plently of empanadas. I also got a chocolate crossiant, the girl didnt even bother to warm it up so I ate a cold chocolate crossiant with rock hard chocolate inside. Smh. I wasted my money, don’t bother coming here. Just go to chipotle or something.

Decent cafe for a quick bite. If I’m a bit hungry I’ll stop by for a snack before going to the park. Empanadas are good and the smoothies are good too. Chicken empanada was a bit dry and the guava and cheese was very gooey.
