First time eating their food because I don't eat red meat anymore, ordered the Mike's chicken Philly reg and it was amazing. The staff was friendly eventhough it was crazy busy. Food was made well and worth every cent. Note it will be my go to sandwich place!

THEY NO LONGER HAVE PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS. If you order anything for delivery with Portabella mushrooms you will not receive anything even though they said that they would sub them for button mushrooms. The rest of the order delivered fine. The 2 other sandwiches were never received after multiple promises of sending them. 2 hours later I was offered a refund and received it. I will never use their app for delivery ever again and they need to update their app to remove PORTABELLA mushrooms.

First time going to Jersey Mike’s to get me a sandwich I had a buy one get one free card, but I always forget it so I took a picture. They wouldn’t let me use the picture this place. I would not go and eat when you could go to Subway or a deli and they try to help you. I don’t see what the difference is between it in person or a picture you could still scan it so I won’t come here they could take their subs and they know what they can do with them with a first customer you wouldn’t let them do it with the picture
