First time going to Jersey Mike’s to get me a sandwich I had a buy one get one free card, but I always forget it so I took a picture. They wouldn’t let me use the picture this place. I would not go and eat when you could go to Subway or a deli and they try to help you. I don’t see what the difference is between it in person or a picture you could still scan it so I won’t come here they could take their subs and they know what they can do with them with a first customer you wouldn’t let them do it with the picture

Watched an employee handle raw chicken for my order and cross contaminate many surfaces before touching my bread with the same gloves. I walked out but not before confronting the worker. Called the manager and he said it was ok with the franchise policy.
Who knows how many other orders she handled before or after that. Good luck y’all

I have ordered from Jersey Mike at least a dozen times (if not more) the past 3 weeks for a private plane apx 16 subs or more at a number of Jersey Mikes around the country. I always ask for them to labeled, at least the numbers. More than 1/2 the time they deliver them and they don't even have the numbers. This time I picked them up at this location and MAKENKIE was SO GOOD and labeled them with their names as the order indicated. The entire staff was extremely friendly. What a HUGE help this was! Makenkie THANK YOU for making my job easier today and bringing a big smile to my face. GREAT JOB!!
Dietary restrictions: We have a passenger who is gluten free. Much appreciated for your gf bread!
