⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Came to KPOT BBQ for the food and left raving about the entire experience. The food was great, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you walk into a place like this. But somehow the service was even better.
Shoutout to Stella, our server, who absolutely made the night. Attentive, friendly, funny, and on top of everything without ever hovering. She handled our table like a pro and cooked some of our food for us too! , even while I was...read full review

⭐ 1-Star Review
Extremely disappointing experience.
During our meal, a staff member accidentally knocked over a container of sauce, spilling it onto my branded attire and my partner’s apparel. KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is a popular all-you-can-eat hot pot spot that offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients, from meats and seafood to vegetables. Customers can enjoy their own individual hot pot and choose from a range of broths, including the recommended Healthy Herbal Soup. The prime brisket is a standout menu item, and the restaurant also features a hot food bar and side dishes, which is uncommon for a hot pot or BBQ place. The atmosphere is lively with great lights and decorations, creating a fun environment. The service can be fast and friendly, with attentive staff members who check in often to ensure guests have what they need. Visitors often enjoy the food, with recommendations like Beef Bulgogi, and some servers, such as Emily N, are especially praised for their engagement and helpfulness. However, some customers have experienced issues like small portion sizes, extra charges for soup, and bland food with little seasoning, which can make the experience less satisfying. Prices are reasonable, but it’s important to note that the restaurant enforces charges for extra items and to-go food, which some guests find frustrating. Overall, KPOT offers a good AYCE hot pot experience with a lively vibe, though it may not meet everyone's expectations for value or service.
