I'm conflicted about revealing this hidden gem. Their cooking impresses always. Staff were friendly while showing expertise. KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is absolutely outstanding. I'm set on coming back to this place.

Been to a few other Branches in L.I. & Jersey this branch was disappointing. A few of the items were on regular menu in other branches, they were dinner items here. Service was slow, took 15 mins to get our soup. Waitress warned us how big the portion would be, which was questionable but we listened to her suggestions our first beef order was 4 thin sliced of beef. After an hr most of our meat orders wouldn't come, while other veggie items would. Half hr before our 2 hrs limit waitress came and said it was last call. We were like it doesn't matter since most things don't come anyways. I rather go to the other branches. Sorry but not sorry.

I don't usually recommend or leave feedback on the places I visit, but this place had a very pleasant experience and met my expectations. I'm visiting NYC, and finding this place to eat with my wife, where all the food is fresh, gives me peace of mind. Our waitress, Yin, was very helpful and friendly; she kept refilling our water, gave us drink options that were very well prepared, and cleared empty plates from the table. Overall, the service and the quality of the meat were excellent. Don't forget to get some ice cream—they have a variety!

Went for my birthday. Horrible overall experience. They have you wait like high school kids on a school trip in their outdated and gross bar area. Then they took us to our table where the server barely spoke English and didn’t understand a single thing I was asking. Then their staff kept TURNING OFF OUR GRILL the whole time and I could barely even COOK MY FOOD… got sick from undercooked seafood. I would like my money back.
