Unprofessional and inattentive staff, lack of care for customer satisfaction. It took an exorbitant amount of time for our food to arrive. Quantity was good but quality and service was poor. Disappointing!

Not impressed with the food. The portion size was decent. But the food was too salty. Nothing special to write about. The bar area is big though, so good to have a chat on an off night.

I went on a Sunday evening it was no one there the waitress had attitude she was also the bartender not one smile from her no suggestions just took order bought order and check ,food was ok the atmosphere was cold its not like a real mexican environment.

I’m giving this place the benefit of the doubt because it’s new but it definitely has some kinks to work out. Regardless, I want to start off by saying my food was amazing!!!! I love Mexican food and this was so good and authentic. I got the Birria tacos and my plate was cleaned. The rest of my family got chicken/steak tacos, tostadas, and the flautas. The flautas was the only thing that we had to point out because they were super hard and the chicken was so dried out from being under the heat lamp for a while. The main thing is communication with the staff. We had 3 servers come up to us and asking if we had our order taken (when we already did). The service was slow. This place has potential especially because it’s so cute and the food is good. I also felt bad because I guess there was 3 call outs so they were all running around like chickens without heads. I hope they can fix it because they have potential.

I decided to try this place with my husband after reading the good reviews. Maria Paula took care of our food and drinks. We were very happy with the service. The food and drinks were amazing. We are definitely coming back!

Me and my friend chose this place randomly and it turned to be awesome food experience. We had little chit chat with the owner and she is very nice . Staff is good and well trained. I tried birria quesadilla which is a must try . Tons of parking and walking distance from Secaucus train station..

I ordered a ved burrito, veg enchilada and nachos. The food was excellent, very different and refreshing taste than any other Mexican rest in the area.

Wow this place is legit! Fajitas were tasty and prepared right. The service was on point. Samir, you said this place would not dissapoint and you were right! Looking forward to coming back.

New Mexican restaurant in Secaucus. Must visit. Cocktails and decor are instagram worth y. There veggie tacos and pinacolada has all my love :)

We had the most amazing experience here, the food was just so delicious and so were the drinks but their hospitality is what will bring us back here again and again and again. Thankyou La Orilla, for an amazing evening.

So this was my first time at La Orilla and food was amazing with out leaving out the drinks and desserts. I would give this place 10/10.Service was aslo great so don't hesitate to go try there food you won't regret it.
