I asked for a spoon for my special need client and was denied a spoon and the manager charged me .25 cents when my other clients had purchased food and coffee from them. I feel terrible 😞 this is bad customer service

I send my husband here for the collectable cups $15 !! & one of the guys ( miguel) ( i called n found out ) keep saying it's the plastic ones until one of the nice spanish lady told him give me a second and walk to the back and came back with a GLASS CUP my husband seen him do it to aleast 4 people prior which is sad smh but I also called them to inform them about this review ! Don't play with people time and money smh
