Order using the electronic kiosk. I received a receipt with a number and was able to track the status of my order on the monitor. My order was accurate and fresh. The only issue I had was the employee whom I asked for ketchup did not understand me as it seemed that she did not speak English very well. The self service drink area was messy and needed some attention, but my experience went well overall.

I go to this mcdonalds every night around 9:30pm for my lunch cause it's the closest to my work some nights are ok but others I have waited almost 20 minutes In drive threw which is pathetic and when I get to the window there's just a bunch of kids joking around not doing anything this really needs to change I'm getting tired of wasting 3/4 of my lunch waiting in a drive threw that's suppose to be fast and priority...
