I ordered BBQ ribs tonight. I was highly disappointed when I got home and discovered that the ribs were very dry and my mashed potatoes were stale. In my opinion, Applebees is much better.

Right next door to Marriott.On certain days, specials are offered, that may be displayed at the restaurant entrance or on Apps such as Google maps with deals such as $19.95USD for steak and lobster on a monday.I was there at 3pm and it was relatively quiet. All these places have a relaxing ambiance.
Food was good but Danni was Great! She was super helpful and friendly. She made sure we understood the menu and stopped by our table a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall it was a great experience thanks to the amazing customer service

worse service in the pick up take out area, today 4-17-2024 940pm some people and I spent 10 minutes waiting to be served and there was no one to help us, we asked a waiter for help, he also disappeared, and since no one came out to serve us, I decided to leave that place, ATTENTION OWNER OF THIS LOCAL PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THOSE PEOPLE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE MAKING YOU LOSE MONEY

It’s been many years since my family and I visited the Secaucus location due to an extremely bad experience. Tonight we decided to give it another chance and I have to say that we’re glad we did. It looked like the location had a complete management/staff makeover and this new team was phenomenal! The food, service, atmosphere, and attentiveness were on point. Erica (the supervisor) and Dani (our server) were excellent! We noticed Erica running back and forth making sure everyone was seated comfortably, asking the customers if everything was good with the service/ food, she was even bringing out food to the tables..it seemed like she was doing 3 jobs at once and handled it like a champ. Dani was very attentive, she explained the menu (a few new items we inquired about) was quick with our order (and the food came out perfect) and she checked on us often (even though it was super busy). We love outback and I’m so glad we had a great experience tonight. We no longer have to travel to other further outback locations because we’re returning to the Secaucus one!
I always come to this location and I am a dine rewards member and the restaurant always honored coupons sent to dine rewards members. However, this evening the waitress refused to honor my coupon, and I suggested ok well I can order in app to get the coupon, and she just shrugged her shoulders. What wonderful service to a loyal customer. Will not come back anytime soon

We were there 2 days ago and was completely happy with our server Natalie. Not only was she recommending things to us that she personally tried but she went above and beyond to make our experience super enjoyable. She asked us about what we planned to do while on our short vacation and was just such a lovely person!!! We also were not the first people to give her high compliments to her manager! I would recommend going to this restaurant if Natalie is working! Thank you Natalie for making our dinner the best on our trip!!!!!!

We went to this location 2 nights ago during a stay at the adjacent hotel. The wings were really good and, until I saw a hair fried into the wing after eating 3 wings. I discreetly brought it the servers attention. He was attentive, but said we've had this complaint all day. And he proceeded to say, but it's not human hair it's chicken hair. Sir, chickens don't have hair they have feathers and this was clearly a blond human hair. So gross! The manager came to the table as well and comped the food. I ended up paying for drinks only.TBH that was the least they could do. That was my first visit to Outback ever since there is only Longhorn where i live. I think ill stay there.
