I placed an order on Uber eats and mistakenly pressed no protein. Fernando called me and made sure that I meant to place the order that way and I didn’t. I was looking into the substitutions but I forgot to click off the box. I just felt like this was truly a great customer service example on going the extra mile for customers! I really appreciate Fernando and I will forever be a customer at salad house!
