Shake Shack Secaucus

This Shake Shack is located inside a busy plaza. Many restaurants and a movie theater sharing the parking lot. Quite busy at meal time.

We placed order with kiosk. Standard menu. Food quality is same as other location. Great flavors. They did mess up a bit with one sandwich but overall good food.

Many seats and tables around. Spacious. Bathroom needs more cleaning for sure though.

I ordered a single bacon burger with avocado, and I have to say I was very disappointed.
First of all, the burger was extremely small — honestly, the portion size felt disrespectful for the price.
Second, regarding the avocado, it seemed like they barely added any at all — more like a light “avocado spray” than an actual serving.
It was my first time eating there, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
I really don’t understand why this place is so popular, but I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very transactional. Order on kiosk and wait for your food. Not any customer service, but my food was hot and delicious.

Well shake shack is off my list.
After paying $16 for my single, fries and a bottle of water I took two bites of my burger and had to throw it away. Smelled like feet. It took 12 minutes until I got my food and had to go up to counter to get it. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. Sorry I get much more for much less money at the other burger spots.

One of my favourite burger joints. I usually order shake stack with added bacon, and a chocolate shake. The portobello mushroom with cheese just adds to the burger...so tasty!! The milk shakes are so smooth with the best consistency, I have tried chocolate, strawberry, and the limited edition Dubai Chocolate.

I'd love to give this location even more than 5 stars. The food is always good. But the best part is their service. You order online and they prepare it so fast and even more important is their accuracy. Shake Shack Secaucus has never failed me. I love this location.

Shake shack is literally exactly what you want it to be; fast, quality burgers and chicken sandwiches with amazing crinkle fries and delicious milkshake. Its perfect for right before or after a movie. 10/10 highly recommend.

Holy moly. What an amazing experience. Joe served us our food and was very kind and welcoming. This food is on another level - I get what the fuss is all about now. The food was piping hot, loaded with flavor, and even looked amazing. It's a shame that we don't have a Shake Shack where we're from. 10 out of 10.
