I was going to pick up an order having same as my name, my order was slightly big so I checked the items to make sure it’s mine.
A guy with tattoos on his arm and very calm voice asked me about my order and apologized that having the same name but wasn’t mine and asked me politely to wait few more minutes.
I stood there waiting and I noticed how he deals professionally with everyone instead of getting made or upset about simple mistakes. Good job for choosing your employees and shout out to this calm polite gentleman.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order through Uber and received a completely wrong order. Not just one item, the entire order was incorrect. I understand that mistakes happen, which is why I called to speak with a manager.

I simply wanted to clarify whether the mistake was on their end or the Uber driver’s end so that when I reordered, it wouldn’t happen again. The response I received was “we don’t know.” There was no accountability or effort to help.

I spent $85 on this order. I can understand mistakes, but the lack of ownership and customer care was very frustrating.

BEWARE!!! WHEN YOU ORDER ON THEIR TABLET GET A RECEIPT!!! I HAD PAID FOR A DOUBLE SHACK BURGER, LARGE DRINK, AND FRIES AND BECAUSE IT DIDNT SHOW THE FRIES ON THEIR END I DIDNT GET IT SINCE I COULDNT SHOW A RECEIPT EVEN THOUGH MY BILL WAS $16.88. IF I HAD ORDERED THE SAME MEAL WITHOUT FRIES MY TOTAL WOULD HAVE BEEN $11.49.
