They always make a note to greet you when you enter and leave. I've never had any sub-par service yet and one time I came back because my whipped cream had melted (I thought they skipped it but they didn't) and they gladly gave me more.

This place was clean and personal was very friendly. I love Starbucks but this time they spell my name really wrong 😁 I still love Starbucks don't get wrong service was a bit slow but it was understandable the person in the counter was new and he was learning girls were helping and showing him how to make coffee ā˜•. The baristas were really rude here! They literally gave me a wrong drink, size and on top of that, they charged me twice for a refill even though I didn't leave the cafe

This location is a great throwback to what Starbucks was all about. If you are nostalgic for the Starbucks experience of the past, where the atmosphere was good and the staff were welcoming, please go here. Good service, wide open seating, courteous people and pleasantries when you enter and exit make for an experience that leaves an intangible, yet indelible, mark on customers. Those are the things that make or break a brand in the long run and contribute to revenues. I hope other locations can step up like this one, else Starbucks is doomed to fail over the long run.

I'm a regular at this secaucus starbucks, but was shocked today by the behavior of a barista called Nadia. As soon as I came in she made a face and kept staring at me as I was pulling a chair to accommodate my 75 year old mom ( the table had 2 chairs, i needed 3), even before I could place my order she said i don't encourage pulling chairs from other tables, ( i was shocked- so she wants my mother to sit at another table?) , either way i said sure i'll put it back. she made a face and mumbled something, i ignored. but she kept staring at me. We ordered 3 drinks and i got up to get my free refill of iced coffee( per starbucks policy) , she refused to serve me, saying i don't serve freeloaders, i won't give you a refill, you can pay for it but won't get a free refill. The manager Diego who is always very nice, intervened as he was close and said that i was eligible for a refill. she was grumpy and put in my order for refill still mumbling something under her breath and no apologies for calling me names and denying me the refill . really shocked as i am a regular here since 2017 when i moved to secaucus and have never been treated like this in any starbucks in the world. I am shocked how someone like her was hired here because the staff here has always been great. I did ask her name so she probably knows this review is coming but feedback to owner / manager to not have someone biased, rude and lacking basic manners as Nadia in a customer facing role. someone who misbehaves with no provocation and has also no clue about starbucks refill policy( manager had to intervene) should not be a barista in starbucks.

First time going to this location. Staff was very nice and friendly. They always greet everyone when someone comes in and when they leave. They're fast with giving out your orders and the store is nice and clean. I'll be sure to come by more often.

By far the best service I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. I worked remotely here for a little over an hour, and they greeted every customer so nicely and were timely in getting all orders out. Keep doing what you’re doing!

I work in the building next door and just left this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by everyone and they also were consistent with greeting other people coming in. I think Sebastian was his name who helped me he called out each persons name to let us know he was working on our drink. Such a positive energy in there.
