Everything here is double the price and there is no toilet and you can't even wash your hands here ????

This subway is attached to a Dunkin Donuts. It's in a fairly busy shopping center so it isn't always the cleanest. I have walked into coffee on the floor a few times, but they put the wet floor sign up. It's mostly not cleaned because they are still busy from when it happened. The service is about 3 out of 5. Sometimes the workers are having a bad day and it shows. They can sometimes seem annoyed or not in the mood to serve me which does make me want to turn away, but I do love the food there. I try to take breaks and only go once a week or less on my lunches to not aggravate the workers too much.

so gross and dirty and nasty I went to order and just left once I saw the worker put the meat on the bread in her dirty gloves and how the meat looked. I completely lost my appetite . How they keep the meats and all the items it's disgusting the lady didn't even change her gloves from the person before me the ham and tuna looks like it's melting I'm pretty sure the temperature isn't right for the fridge they have

My son's entire high school music department went to Harmon Plaza during a field trip today. I was beyond excited when I had a bunch of coupons from my local flyers. I had them distributed to the students to stop in for lunch.When my son arrived him and many other students had the coupons turned down. When a phone call was made the only thing that was said was all lies and changing their story. One minute it was, we dont participate , we did allow it, there were no students in here?, down to not providing their name upon being asked to saying have a good day and hung up!! In today's world there is nothing cheap. Here are young kids who I'm sure their parents would appreciate saving some money. Some may even have jobs to pay for their lunch. These kids have been through so much in life and why not use an opportunity to make a difference? For shame because I heard some kids didn't have enough money because they thought they were saving money and only brought what they thought would cover the cost.Subway- you should be ashamed of yourself. You're what's wrong with today's world and didn't use an opportunity to make our young generation happy.I will be sure to never darken your doors and will make sure if I can help it nobody else will.You just reminded me why we love Jersey Mike's.Do better.

This is the absolute best Subway in the world. IDK how anyone could be complaining, the entire crew is so nice and friendly.. I get this subway almost once a week, every week, since I work in the area. It's truly the best! Love the people there and the food is great.

They practice unethical price gouging. Completely insulted by charging me 74cents for almond milk when I used my rewards points to get a regular hot coffee drink. Aside from the fact that its a Reward, regular milk is free, but Almond is a "jab in the eye". I understand almond is more expensive. But for example if almond milk is $4 MORE for a half gallon versus regular milk, the incremental cost of Almond is 6cents for an ounce, 12cents for 2 ounces (about what,s added to my drink). They are GOUGING by charging 6-12x their cost. Opportunistic, unethical money grab ... and a poke in the eye when I got it with my Rewards. Or think about it this way - if 100 people a day buy Almond milk drinks from them, they are putting $27,000 in their pocket, just by gouging on Almond milk prices.

I mobile ordered with a few coworkers so we could pick up lunch and be back to work on time. When we walked in we went to the pick up area and told them our names. Shivika? Indian woman with Dunkin Donuts hat told us that we had to wait until 1:30 and 1:35 for our orders because that's when it said it would be ready with an attitude not sure why. Then told us to move over even though we were waiting in the pick up area? Again not sure why. About 10-12 people came in after us and ordered in store and got their orders before us. They didn't start making the sandwiches until 1:35 even though it was supposed to be READY for 1:35. At this point we see our sandwiches behind the counter and the women were purposely waiting longer to give us our sandwiches because they can see we were upset after asking for our food because we have been waiting for so long. Was late to work and will not be going back to this subway again. The men at subway on meadowlands parkway are much nicer and have better customer service skills.

My meatball sandwich was packed with a ton of meatballs - something like 10 or 12 meatballs. Fast efficient service. They claim to accept Apple Pay but the device doesn't work. Sadly, the lady preparing the sandwich speaks limited English. I had to communicate with her in moans and grunts. It is always a challenge to try to explain to someone with limited vocabulary your love for meat balls. Another challenge was to explain to her that I don't like cheese with holes. More on that later. Nevertheless I got what I paid for.

Worst subway experience. I ordered via app and picked up here. They just totally ignored my note to heat the bread/cheese/meat and cut it into half. None of my instruction was picked up. Also, the amount of roast beef is below average per my experience. Maybe it is just because we use a coupon offer? A foot long sandwich here cannot feed a male adult for sure. Very disappointed.
