Im Waiting in line for about 5-6 min (because I know there’s a rush, so I waited) . When it came time to take my order the lady completely didn’t acknowledge me and asked the man behind me what he wanted. Mind you , we both made eye contact, and I’m wearing a bright orange jacket, so she knows I was there …. She still proceeded taking the man’s order after I told her “you skipped me, I was here first” . I only get 30 min lunch brake. Super inconvenience for something like this to happen especially with only 30 min. (Literally every min counts for my situation). I get it we make mistakes , especially under the pressure of having a long line. Just pay attention to your customers and who’s in line a little bit better. I’m not saying no names cause I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. Just bringing to the light what happened; so it doesn’t happen to anyone again.

This is a nice environment and is a place that children often like to come to because there are model toys for children to play with and eat at the same time. However, there are not many types of children's meals for children to choose from, and the beverage dispenser has a large range of drinks, which can easily stain diners' clothes.

Usually pretty speedy and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the dining room can be a bit cold, but for the most part, it's a comfortable quick place to get a bite to eat.

Big thank you to the GM and staff on 10/11 I placed an order for 25 biggie bags and they delivered even called to confirm everything the day before. Plus, called me when I was running behind because they didn’t want me to service cold food. Thank you thank you !
