My husband and I usually enjoy coming to this Wendy’s branch. It’s clean, it’s new, and the staff is polite. But tonight, the lady behind the counter was HORRIBLY UNPLEASANT, scowling and inattentive and surly even when we tried to be pleasant and polite to her. I was surprised to see on her name tag that she was MANAGER. I have no idea how such an individual could have gotten a service-related, customer-facing job. What a shame, for a branch that we’d really really liked.

Ordered 3 large frosties. The chocolate was fine but the 2 others I ordered of their new specialty frosties were literally filled 3/4 if even that much. I questioned 2 employees at the window and they said, thats what the machine does to them. Ok? Fill the cup more afterwards. For $5.49 you should get a full cup or don’t sell large. Rip Off

This weekend a friend of mine needed more food for her kiddos bday party. Wendy's staff and management were beyond helpful. They helped me figure out the right amount of food to order to feed the hungry youngsters as well as helped guide me to the best deal. Just hands down the best customer service I have received in years!!! Thanks Wendy Team!

The restaurant was pretty clean for a mid dinner rush time frame. Multiple people asked if I was ready to order as I was looking over options. The food came out pretty quick. The double stack is very good. Equally impressed with the spicey chicken nuggets. Grilled chicken burrito wasn't bad either.
