Crazy wait time and staff is very rude. I had to wait 1.5 hour to get the food. The waiter there was VERY RUDE.
Terrible foot with terrible service. Save your Money and enjoy somewhere else.
I always try different restaurants every weekend. So I can tell you do not go to this one.
The food was cooked the day before and warmed up at the microwave.
I ordered a half chicken and I got only two slices of chicken beast. The rice definitely was cooked the day before and kept at the fridge and the salad tested very bad. I left all food couldn’t eat any.
waiter doesn’t care at all about the restaurant or the customers. He is not professional at all. Seems that he doesn’t like his job.

Authentic Egyptian food. The owner Ashraf attended us and explained the dishes. Kids loved the food. Try the mango kunafa!

Place is definitely underrated. The staff is amazing and the food is even better. Will definitely be going back.
Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options but you can add meat to the dishes if that’s what you like.
Kid-friendliness: They have food for kids. All the food is great.

When this place first opened it was great! We told EVERYONE about this place and even recommended it. As of late, the new waitress has been a nightmare! I ordered Koshary and some chicken strip for my Sons. The koshary tasted terrible and the chicken strips were RAW on the inside. When I told the waitress that the Koshary tasted bad she proceeded to ask me “Why?! This is one of our most popular dish!” I explained that the onions taste like they have been refried and are burnt. The rice and lentils tasted stale. Overall it tastes bad. She started giving me attitude and talking back to me saying I shouldn’t have ordered it if I don’t like it. I explained that my kids chicken strips were raw and she didn’t even apologize. She just huffed and puffed and walked off. I ended up canceling my order and leaving. This is NOT the first time that I see the service at this place go to hell. This waitress amongst other staff are very rude to customers and do not know what good customer service is. I watched them be disrespectful to a customer before and then stood behind the counter and spoke badly in front of other customers about him. The Feteer that I would travel over an hr to eat has become terrible as well. I would not recommend this place even if they gave me free food for the rest of my life. The customer service and food has been so bad that I regret spending any money at this establishment.

This special restaurant offers a menu full of hearty, flavorful dishes that blend traditional recipes with a modern twist. The portions are generous, and each bite bursts with fresh, local ingredients. Despite the high quality, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, making it a favorite spot for both locals and visitors who appreciate good food without breaking the bank. The friendly staff adds to the charm, making every meal feel like a special occasion

Professor Sharif, frankly, your shawarma has become a big problem in my life. What happened?! I feel that you have decided to conduct a scientific experiment on us and make shawarma with the taste of KFC Egypt! This is definitely a global conspiracy. Your food is more like the school sandwiches they used to make for us when we were kids. I could have noticed that the taste changed a little, but the chicken became so dry that it could be used as bricks in construction!
I have been eating from you for a year, and at first I felt like I was eating from a five-star restaurant. Now it seems like a challenge. Who can eat this shawarma without stopping laughing? I mean, honorable professor, shame on you, how can you make me seriously think that sandwiches in schools in the past were better?! This is injustice!
I know you might be busy or something, but if the situation continues like this, you will find us all dieting against our will, and you will be the reason I stop eating shawarma forever. I hope you go back to the original recipe before your shawarma turns into a topic on a comedy show. May God grant you success in resolving this issue, because if this does not happen, we will all switch to ordering from KFC, but at least we know that this is expected!

Was looking for an Egyptian restaurant and this one showed up on my Google search. We decided to try this restaurant this past Saturday. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The owner, Sherif, is super friendly and gave us suggestions on what to order. Let me tell you, everything we ate was delicious! We ordered baba ghanoush for appetizer and a mix of veggie stuffed grape leaves, cabbage, and peppers. For entrees we ordered the beef liver, seafood feteer, and fish over rice. Our food came out hot and fresh. For dessert we ordered rice pudding and my new favorite dessert, Konafa mango bowl! My husband said this is his new favorite restaurant! The prices are affordable, and there is parking in the back. We will definitely come back for more tasty food!

Amazing fiteer, this was the best fiteer I have ever had. I never usually write Google reviews, but the quality of this place blew me away. It reminds me exactly of Egypt. We got the mixed, basterma and shawarma and they were all excellent and fresh. If your Egyptian I would recommend you come to this palace.
