We came to the establishment at 7:30pm although the sign says that they close at 9:00pm Monday Through Sunday... instead of a "welcome greeting" we were met with..."We are closing", "you want to go?" No hello, just "sorry". We will not be returning due to poor customer service. 42 Freeway recommended this place. This was a very disappointing experience.

It was my first time trying pho and I have to say, it did not disappoint! The portion was huge and incredibly filling, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I could tell they used high-quality ingredients, and every bite was delicious. I also tried the spring rolls, it was also okay.
The staff were so welcoming, with genuine smiles, and the service was impressively fast. Loved it ??

We ordered two banh I'm and one bubble tea. The sandwiches were good enough but expensive for what they are. The drink tasted just of milk with no other flavor. The biggest gripe is the seemingly mandatory tip of 20%, 30% or 40% when they haven't even performed a service yet and we order standing up. We won't be coming back.

I recently stumbled upon Banh Mi Factory & Pho while waiting for my sushi order at another nearby restaurant, and I’m so glad I did! I was curious to check it out since I hadn’t noticed it before, and the unique vibe drew me in. This spot offers a variety of options like sandwiches, pastries, pho, spring rolls, and more.
Since I was just stopping by, I decided to try a drink, and the “Mango Maui” caught my eye. It’s a refreshing blend of mango, pineapple, and jasmine tea over ice, garnished with a mint leaf, an orange slice, and I believe a lemon slice as well. They even offer options to add extras like Boba (and one other add-in I can’t quite remember), but I opted to have mine as-is. When I tell you this drink was amazing—it was absolutely refreshing and reminded me of a perfect cool drink on a hot summer day. I enjoyed it so much that I’m planning to go back today to have another, along with trying their pho for lunch.
The service was also lovely. The young lady who helped me was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was bright and open, with plenty of natural light. I was greeted warmly by the staff as soon as I walked in, which added to the inviting feel of the place.
I’ll definitely be updating my review after I get a chance to try more items from the menu, but so far, the Mango Maui alone is worth a visit. Looking forward to more!
Update: I went back to Banh Mi Factory & Pho tonight for, of course, another Mango Maui drink, which was just as refreshing and delicious as before. This time, I also decided to try some dinner. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi sandwich, which included jalapeno, pickle, cucumber, butter, and cilantro. The jalapeno added a nice kick without being too spicy, and the sandwich itself was fantastic. The bread was fresh with a perfect crunch outside and soft inside—definitely a must-try. I also got the Pho Beef Short Rib, which came with a huge, tender short rib along with rare steak, well-done flank, brisket, and a meatball. While I wasn’t a big fan of the beef meatball, the rest of the pho was outstanding, with the short rib falling off the bone and packed with flavor. Everything was packaged perfectly for takeout, making it easy to construct my bowl at home. I can see this place becoming one of my local favorites, and I plan to try the croissants and maybe a coffee next time! Highly recommend!

I wonder if I was a different skin tone would I have been treated better. Overall very clean and good drinks but not so friendly staff…at least not to us.

Let me start off by saying this place overall should have 5 stars, people are so incompetent, I always read the lowest reviews of a business especially a new one, people are complaining there isnt enough food, or they expected to be served and their order taken when they go inside and sit at a table, you have to be so incompetent for that, you clearly see there is a register at the front with menu’s above, and for the food portions, someone said they got the bánh mì and it wasnt enough, you’re just unhealthy if you think that, the báhn mì i got was the grilled pork, and that sandwich was i would say about a 10 inch sandwich, that is a lot of food especially for like a lunch
Anyways to the food review everything was absolutely amazing and very very fresh tasting, i got the mango madness frostee, a macaron, and the grilled pork bánh mì, it was all very very delicious and all had such a very fresh taste
A really pleasant experience, clean food. With flavor in every bite and sip.
