The triple treat and banh mi sandwich were solid. Was disappointed in the Thit Kho as it was just the pork used for the sandwiches and not how it is usually made traditionally. Service and interior design of the restaurant was very nice.

I did not like the rare beef pho from here at all. No oil, no fat, no flavor. If you’re not familiar with pho the first red flag of any bowl of pho is no oil bubbles. Beef was so dry and pale in color and the broth was basically clear and really bland. If you like the plainest of plain, this place might be for you, but it was just not good. I highly recommend Mamami for rich, tender and flavorful rare beef pho instead, it’s worth the extra few minute drive. The price and the quality of the food does not match up here. The staff was nice though.

1) SHORT RIB PHO (pay extra for sliced onion & vinegar & ask for beansprouts***… I want you mix vinegar+ siracha+ dash of Hoisen+ 🍋🟩= as slaw crunch)
Also, they are GENEROUS.
Broth was full capacity. Fixens in the summer rolls and the extra condiments. ____
