There was an error with my order at this location. As it wasn't necessarily a complaint I just wanted to resolve the matter. So I went through the app or I tried to. Went through the website. Neither one was helpful at all! I wound up calling the rest and it was was resolved with that one phone call and employee. Great job!

This place uses the cheap ice cream mix, ice milk, I would avoid going here if you’re looking for anything to do with ice cream. Some BK ice cream is surprisingly good but not this place, It tasted lousy.
Also, I noticed that they microwave the burgers not sure if this is all BK’s or what explains why the lettuce is wilted and gross. What happened to the flame broiled burgers?

Stop eating fast food. Wake up folks. Nobody lives forever but this stuff will certainly take years off your life.

I recently visited this Burger King location and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered two Impossible Burgers and requested two honey mustard packets, but I received only one burger and two chicken wraps with honey mustard on them. The only item that was correct was the fries.
I returned to have the order corrected, but even after a second attempt, it was still wrong and I was missing another item. Additionally, the food I did receive was cold. I paid $18 for an order that was inaccurate both times.
This experience was frustrating and fell far below the standard I expect. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure greater accuracy and quality moving forward.

Waited 15 mins for wrong order. In line. Charged wrong order to my card. Had to fix it. Then the food was a sloppy mess. Wayyyyyyy too much dressing on the chicken wrap. Cowboy burger was burnt and drenched in sauce. Worst experience I've EVER had at a ff place. Will never go therr again. Wasted 20 mins of my 30 min lunch break for garbage I shouldn't have gotten in the first place.
