I placed a mobile order pick up for 1:10 pm. I drove up to the Chipotlane window at 1:20 and waited a few minutes and no one came to window. Figuring they were busy, I went inside and told the cashier I was here for a mobile. She told me to just wait a few moments so I did. Someone else asked me the name and what it was and I told him, she interrupts from across the room “she’s going to have to wait” as if I can’t hear her and as if I ignorantly asked again for service. I sat and waited another 15 until my food was handed to me by the guy who kindly asked me about my order before. I’m not sure what ticked her off about the encounter but it was really unnecessary

The cashiers here don’t know how to read real money. Got a ten from the post office and tried using it to pay and the girl at the front wouldn’t accept it. This was money given to me from a government agency why wouldn’t it be real? They refused to accept it and made me use another form of payment. It was an older looking bill but it’s just as real as any other bill. Absolutely ridiculous people here should know how to do their jobs right.

As someone who eats a lot of chipotle, I’ve become very fond of what to expect out of the experience. Wow, this restaurant is certainly appreciated for its location here in Gloucester County, it definitely tends to let me down when it comes to the Chipotle experience that I’ve come to expect, no, and love. However, what this restaurant, lacks in food, quality and preparedness, they make up for in the friendliness of their staff! Which is not worth understating.
Simply put- this chipotle isn’t the best (there’s a reason it has so little good reviews),but it’s fine for what it is.

Update: only have one worker and the line is out the door. The food is always inconsistent, guacamole been gross brown more times then green. The mild salsa never taste like any of the other chipotle stores I go to I don’t know what they’re doing with the recipe

I like chipotle a lot. But I visited today and it was $7.70 for double brisket?! That’s absolutely awful to charge that much for more meat. Also the service is always lacking they never seem to ever want to be there, also the atmosphere is meh, there’s food all over the counters.. it’s just messy! The food is definitely good but not great. Overall, very disappointed with my visit today.

If you are thinking about ordering delivery from here don’t bother. Every time without fail my bowl comes barely half filled. I order extra rice and don’t even get the normal portion. Paying double the price while receiving less than half the portion is not worth it at all.

The food was overpriced, there was barely any portions in the food aswell, the food is very old. The chips are always stale, and staff are unfriendly. I’ve been going here all the time and it’s always disappointing. Stay away from this place and eat somewhere better.

I was very disappointed in the burrito that we got . There was very little meat in it and t cost us $32 for 2 of them plus one drink. That’s crazy!
Absolutely diabolical! I had stopped by this establishment with high hopes of Receving a product that is comsumable yet worth paying for. But that was yet NOT what I received. Some minion (jp) first asked me weather I would like a “bowl or a burrito” who in their right mind would ask a question like that! I them harshly replied “just make the burrito, burrito boy” and proceed to continue my business elsewhere. This is an absolutely outrageous establishment to dine in. 👎

My order was a double chicken double faijtas bowl went thru the drive thru because it was a mobile order and I looked at my bowl because I’m use to them shorting me… not even the standard portion and I payed for double ..let the guy know and he just ran and put faijtas in a cup which I still feel like isn’t double but whatever …
