This location is TERRIBLE. They are never prepared with food cooked, they are always out of chicken steak, veggies, etc. When they do have food available, you are served with rice that doesn’t fill the bowl, and a couple pieces of your protein choice. The staff is unfriendly and couldn’t care less. The restaurant itself is dirty and unkept.

This location is going down hill. I don’t know if today was first day jitters or what. When you get a bowl you at least expect a full scoop of your choice of protein not 3/4 scoop. The serving sizes have gone way down. I’m not asking for a heaping mountain but at least do full serving sizes.

Just when you think the food is so so you’re further disturbed by the -0 service. I had an issue and it was met with apathy and so forth so guess what I’m not going back. I’m not gonna have a lunch for 16+ staff I’m done.

HAIR IN 2 BOWLS?

I have avoided coming to this location because I have had friends complain of the quality since it opened long ago.. but I gave it a shot & I went here for the first time ever today.

My brother-in-law & I both got bowls & he got a burrito for his wife by in-person ordering.
While eating our bowls, my brother found a strand of long, black hair in his bowl… we got annoyed but didn’t get too mad about it. I started checking every bite I took- 5min go by after the 1st hair scare- now I find a strand of long, black hair in my bowl in my own bowl!

I work in the food industry too, but this absolutely gross- DO NOT GO HERE- to get hair in not just one bowl- but two bowls… y’all need to work somewhere else if you don’t care about keeping the food fresh & clean…
We want our money back for both bowls, I know this corporation can afford it.

I've always been a Chipotle STAN but for some reason this location had the BEST burrito that I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were perfect. Love the sofritas vegan option. The staff was super friendly! 10/10 recommend this location.

I placed a mobile order pick up for 1:10 pm. I drove up to the Chipotlane window at 1:20 and waited a few minutes and no one came to window. Figuring they were busy, I went inside and told the cashier I was here for a mobile. She told me to just wait a few moments so I did. Someone else asked me the name and what it was and I told him, she interrupts from across the room “she’s going to have to wait” as if I can’t hear her and as if I ignorantly asked again for service. I sat and waited another 15 until my food was handed to me by the guy who kindly asked me about my order before. I’m not sure what ticked her off about the encounter but it was really unnecessary

The cashiers here don’t know how to read real money. Got a ten from the post office and tried using it to pay and the girl at the front wouldn’t accept it. This was money given to me from a government agency why wouldn’t it be real? They refused to accept it and made me use another form of payment. It was an older looking bill but it’s just as real as any other bill. Absolutely ridiculous people here should know how to do their jobs right.

As someone who eats a lot of chipotle, I’ve become very fond of what to expect out of the experience. Wow, this restaurant is certainly appreciated for its location here in Gloucester County, it definitely tends to let me down when it comes to the Chipotle experience that I’ve come to expect, no, and love. However, what this restaurant, lacks in food, quality and preparedness, they make up for in the friendliness of their staff! Which is not worth understating.

Simply put- this chipotle isn’t the best (there’s a reason it has so little good reviews),but it’s fine for what it is.

Update: only have one worker and the line is out the door. The food is always inconsistent, guacamole been gross brown more times then green. The mild salsa never taste like any of the other chipotle stores I go to I don’t know what they’re doing with the recipe

I like chipotle a lot. But I visited today and it was $7.70 for double brisket?! That’s absolutely awful to charge that much for more meat. Also the service is always lacking they never seem to ever want to be there, also the atmosphere is meh, there’s food all over the counters.. it’s just messy! The food is definitely good but not great. Overall, very disappointed with my visit today.
