Fryer was down so no fries or okra.

I gave this plqce multiple chances but it's just to inconsistent. Overall, great customer service but the food is just awful, and wildly expensive. I heard they're shutting down. Heart goes out to all the works losing their jobs but this makes sense...

Occasionally they will get little things wrong, like give me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened, or a brownie instead of pecan pie. But the food is good.

Had high hopes for this place, unfortunately it fell well short of expectations. Brisket and pulled pork were super dry, ribs were decent but very small portions for the 3 meat plate especially at the price point. Texas toast was barely toasted, probably hit the toaster for 10 seconds, if.Mac and cheese and mashed were flavorless and cold..Texas hot BBQ sauce was good though.After fat jacks switched owners and fell off , I was hoping this would be the replacement. One and done here sadly.

Customer service was great! The food on the other hand was terrible! I can taste the velvetta Mac n cheese a mile away. The brisket sandwich was beyond bland and cold. The fryer was down so that was a bummer! Didn’t taste the pecan pie yet but probably from local grocery store.

Picked up food that was ordered online and once getting home, noticed a brisket sandwich was missing. Called them, and a pleasant young woman asked me to speak with her manager. His first statement was basically calling me a liar stating his team did not miss any food. He then asked me if I looked in the bag. His voice was very timid and young, maybe only 18, and you could easily tell he was afraid of confrontation with someone so I calmly described every item in the bag, even the one utensil packet even though I ordered three meals. He then asked for my order information to have the owner call me tomorrow (now today). I asked why he needed the info if he had it already, and he stated that since it was an online order, they had no info about me or the meal. I then asked how he knew they didn't forget anything (catching him in his lie), to which he stayed silent for about 8 seconds, though he did say 'umm' once. Hearing his voice starting to choke up, I provided the order number and my information. At this point I put the phone aside and talked with my wife mentioning what a ******* joke this was that he is implying I'm lying and wasting my time trying to get a refund on a few dollar sandwich. He must have heard because he could barely get actual words out, and when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. I called back and asked him why he hung up on me and, again, just a long silence. Understanding he is young and not wanting to have him full-on cry at work, I asked for his name again, which after a few seconds he said Mark. That was likely a fake name by the long pause, and I then asked for his last name, but he replied he was 'not allowed to provide that'. I thanked him and ended the call as I knew he had to work the rest of the night and didn't want to be mean to this kid. I have received no call back or refund.Edit: Adding a photo of the receipt as it looks like they highlighted items as they put them in the bag but, strangly, didn't highlight the sandwich Mark called me a liar for telling them it was missing...
