I work at dentist office in town and we ordered for lunch.....I ordered a hot roast beef and it was pathetic.....there was 3 dry pieces of roast beef on a long roll, no au jus or cheese. And the sandwich was expensive, I don't recommend ordering from here, we threw out their menu!!!!

This place seriously used to have the best sandwiches anywhere in Washington Twp. I’ve been reading the bad reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. I ordered food today and the cheesesteak with pepperoni and extra cheese had very little steak on it. Also the steak was pretty well done and there was barely any cheese on it. My buddy got wings and they were drenched in sauce. When he went to pick up the order he asked if they included blue cheese, they said yes. He checked the bag anyhow and no blue cheese, he mentioned this to the employee and they insisted it was in there. He showed them it wasn’t and they gave him blue cheese and of course no apology.

I will assume maybe there is new ownership the last year or two??? How far their quality has fallen. I noticed that multiple people with negative reviews asked for the manager or owner to call them and they were never responded to. Guys, it’s not too late to turn this around, for years you were the best…..let’s focus on quality control and get start focusing on good food again.

Ordered a Frankie's Feast consisting of steak ,tomato and Mozzarella cheese. Totally dry can't even taste the cheese there so little put on the sandwich. Where is the gooey taste????

Don't ever order a tuna hoagie from here. The bread is stale & it's filled with tons of shredded mozzarella, wilted tomatoes, red onions that are brown, but very little tuna. Threw that garbage in the trash.

I was given a half empty sandwich. I called and was told that the owner would call me back the following day. No call back was given. I called again and was told the basically the owner did not care. Nothing would be done. Better luck next time.

Ordered honey barbecue wings . They smelled delicious. But I was hood winked the wings were overly sweet the honey over powered the barbecue taste all you can taste was the honey was vert disappointed.

We normally get their boardwalk pizza but decided to try their regular pizza. When we first got the pizza it looked good but then when we started eating it the bottom of the crust was too soft; It had way too much cheese and almost no sauce so the pizza was very dry. Basically it was like eating cheesy bread.

So I walked in order2 slices of pizza and I asked her if I could actually just eat in not even 2 mins later she says my pizza ready so I’m like ok I’ll just take it to go sense it’s in a box but over all the pizza tasted like cardboard and very oily I eat at a lot of pizza places and this by far was pretty bad
