My friend and I met up at first watch yesterday we had not seen each other in a while . We both ordered breakfast we did not order the same entrée however that was the first time the both of us had eaten yesterday November 4, 2025. I have to leave the restaurant approximately one hour or two but both of us went our separate ways and ended up with food poisoning. We both were vomiting along with diarrhea at the same time after eating our breakfast at first watch..

My husband and I come here every weekend and I also have many business meetings here. First Watch Sewell is always wonderful. We usually get Diana as our server and she is just the best! Always so friendly and on top of our drinks. Our food is always fresh hot and delicious. Their juices are amazing as well. I highly recommend.

First Watch never disappoints! The freshly squeezed orange juice is absolutely amazing—so refreshing and naturally sweet. Everything on the menu is delicious, from the healthy options to the heartier brunch picks. The food is always fresh, the service is great, and the vibe is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. Today we decided to stop here and have a late Sunday morning breakfast! Limited parking small lot and pretty small building. Walked in to be greeted by a couple young people at the front desk area, nice but hard to understand in such a loud environment. Waited about 30 mins to be seated. We were sat with Jaclyn, very sweet girl and very attentive! She recommended the “blueberry cornbread” which was amazing!! We did wait about an additional 30 mins for our food to come out, seems to be very short staffed in the back. Our sever did come over about 15 mins into waiting and apologized and said the food is on its way, they are very busy in the kitchen with To Go and in house orders. Totally understandable and appreciated that she let us know. Our “Farmhouse” and “Avocado toast” came out and tho it tasted very good, it was very messy and missing some ingredients they listed on the menu. Does anyone check the food before it comes to us? We did have a manager ,male, come over to ask how we were doing but I didn’t see any other managers. Seems they are very short staffed with managers also. Overall, the experience was good and I will give it another try but they need to improve the amount of staff so they can give even better service!

I have been to a few Forst Watch restaurants. Usually, a good experience. It appears that this one just doesnt hire quality employees.
We were seated immediately and then waited 9 minutes before our server recognized us. Waited an additional 4 minutes for her to actually come over. The place was busy-ish, but there were several empty tables and about 8-9 servers by my count.
Ordered. Food comes. My child ordered a waffle. What kind of server drops off a waffle and then disappears again w/o syrup?
Finally comes by to check on us (once) and we have to ask for syrup. Then, we finish, wait ten more minutes for a check, but didnt see her walking around either.
Finally, get the check and then it took five more minutes to pay bc the hosts are useless.
This place is garbage.
