The team was backed up a tad from i assume door dash or online orders. They were all friendly attentive and patient, they informed me they would be with me in just a moment- then apologized before taking my order. It seemed like they all worked really well together and stayed calm under some pressure during a rush. They also thanked me for my patience when i left, all around a great staff and experience.

Ordered a Chipotle chicken sub and she forgot the Chipotle!!! I mean, it wasn't busy or anything one person in front who already ordered and one person behind who just walked in to place an order. How do you forget to put put on one of the MAIN INGREDIENTS?? It's in the title ☹️

So they close at 9pm. We walked in at 8:45pm to order 2 minis. Now, we asked prior to ordering if they were closing and they both said NO we can still take your order. Young lady had our bread right on the counter NO paper under it or napkin. When I questioned her about why she had our sandwiches on the bare counter she responded, "well we are closing soon and plus the counter is clean" the counter was visibly not clean. My husband didn't care and we still continued our order however, how unsanitary of her. Then used her gloved finger to spread the sauce on my husband's bread. NEVER WILL SEE US AGAIN. That's insanely disgusting

My father went here yesterday and said that the cashier made a rude comment about his ethnicity. He said “you Filipinos are so difficult”. I understand that sometimes it’s difficult to understand him with his accent, but this comment is uncalled for.My family and I will no longer support this business until this employee is reprimanded appropriately.

From the friendly greetings upon entering the store to the delicious hoagies prepared quickly and to order, this shop is TOPS! Professional and well trained staff.

It is either hit or miss with this location. Sometimes I get a well made sandwich and other times there is hardly any lettuce or bacon. It is like I am eating a plain piece of bread. The gluten free bread goes from good to stale. The quality depends on who makes the sandwich. There is no consistency with how their sandwiches are mad. The last sandwich I ordered was awful. I unfortunately received all the broken up, left over pieces of bacon on my sandwich which fell out when I unwrapped it. Actually, the entire sandwich fell apart. The bread was stale and the sandwich was mini sized. You can do better than that.
