I did an order for 3:50 and it didn’t get done until 4:05, good thing I didn’t have things to do afterwards. There were two workers, they had barely any communication when I checked how many hoagies I had (ordered 7) I only had 6 in my bag. I told them it was missing and the one worker looked at me dumbfounded while the other stopped what he was doing to fix the mistake. It’s ridiculous that I ordered my hoagies this morning for 3:50pm giving them plenty of time for this order to be completed on time.

This place is a disgrace. First time trying Primo's. Was dying for a roast beef hoagie. They have a $12 and $18 version. I was sharing so went for the $18. I figured I'd be getting a big ole sandwich for that crazy prce. I got a frigging 9 inch hoagie. $18. 9 inches. I asked for hot peppers on the side. I got a cup with 5 hot pepper rings. Add delivery tax and I am over $27. There are 10 places I can name off the top of my head with better value. Not 6 or 7 bucks better quality than every other place in Wash Twp., especially for a small hoagie. Never again.

I never order delivery but I'm home recovering from surgery, cannot drive and no one was home to go pick up a hoagie for me. So I paid more for delivery than the cost of the hoagie. it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered from a store that's 4 minutes from my home. My family member finally came home about 5 minutes after it was delivered and they went up to the store in person to get a hoagie for themselves and their sandwich was made in 5 minutes. While other people who ordered online had to wait between an hour and 2 hours. What the heck kind of service is that? Why are orders not completed in the order in which they were received? That's just logical, good sense. This is the worst, most ridiculous experience I ever had with placing an order for a turkey hoagie that probably doesn't even take 5 minutes to make. I will never order delivery from your place ever again. Especially now since I know that you do walk-in orders before online orders, no matter how long ago the poor customer placed their order online. There was barely any lettuce on the hoagie and you didn't even include my pickles. That's the second online order I've done where you did not include what I asked for on the side. It's not rocket science people.

Went here for a Turkey and cheese hoagie and it was magnificent. I also bought a chocolate chip cookie and that was delightful as well. Service was great I’ll be back
