Saladworks

Haven't had salad works in like 5 years , decided to stop in for lunch . Got on of the specialty salads with my normal green goddess dressing and a med soup . Only problem was when I got to the register. The salad was $12 bucks which was not a problem. But the soup ended up cost me $8 for a MEDIUM. That to me is just outrageous price . I'm sorry at that price I can't see buying a soup .

Had a Bentley (chef) salad. Waiter didn't ask how much dressing and drenched the salad with dressing which destroyed the salad. Last few times at this location lettuce was brown and didn't look fresh. I try and go to other locations other than this one on Hirfville Cross Keys Rd in Sewell.

Worst saladworks in the area. The produce is always wilted and not fresh. The tables are always dirty with crumbs and food caked on them. I can not recommend anyone eating here. Will never be back to this location.

Got a Cobb salad. 90% white parts of the lettuce and stale bread.

Ordered a salad and a wrap. Wrap was suppose to come with chips and a pickle. My husband picked it up. No chips. No pickle. They put the dressing on the side and the lid wasn’t secure which exploded all over the roll. Called the store. They told me they don’t offer chips and pickle and substituted it for 2 rolls (which weren’t even in the bag). And they don’t mix in the dressing on wraps for mobile orders. They said I can come back to pick up the 3 rolls, which I didn’t even order. So I had no dressing, a ruined roll, no chips, and no pickle. Thought maybe they would offer a small credit for future instead of them offering I drive 15 minutes back to pick up the rolls.

We ordered a salad with tofu to be delivered with grub hub. It was delivered pretty fast but unfortunately the salad had tuna instead of tofu. We called to have the salad remade and sent to us again but Saladworks refused to take care of the delivery. I ended up driving to saladworks to return the tuna salad and pickup the tofu one, and I asked the manager to give me a refund or a gift card for the money we spent with grub hub, but the manager was not onboard with it.
The food is as good as all saladworks but the customer service through the manager is zero. However, the two employees that were there were very nice.

Please get rid of the air freshener you smell as soon as you walk in the door and the entire time you eat. Makes the place smell like a public rest room

Ordered 5 salads. Paid for extra dressing for the Greek salad and I did not get it. Paid extra for toppings and re riced hardly any. Ordered the braised taco salad, received no Tortilla strips, and nothing that was listed! Worst salad ever received ftom Saladworks!

The salad is fine but for $16 I could’ve gotten the same thing from anywhere else and it would have been way bigger portion. Idk if it’s just been awhile since I’ve been to saladworks but I remember them being much larger. I got the custom salad with grilled chicken and some toppings and it was barely the size of a side salad. I don’t think ill being ordering from here again, just for the fact I wanted a meal size not a side salad, but the salad itself is very good.

This is one of my favorite saladworks locations to come to. My salad is always beautiful, fresh, and portioned perfectly. Staff is never anything but kind.

I work up the street and was told by the manager that on Tuesday the salads are half off. Well I just went on a Tuesday and didn’t know that they switched the day to Saturday. My salad was 11.99 which is reasonable but because I got a extra egg they added 2.99 and because I asked her to put half of the dressing mixed into the salad and half on the side for me to add she decided to charge me darn near 2 dollars (1.79) for that when if I asked for it all to be mixed in it would have been free. Way too expensive for a salad.

This place is amazing! From the moment I met the managers, they were very welcoming and provided great service. The food here is fantastic and I would reccomend that if are ever in the area, you should eat here.
