If I could leave a zero star review I would. Me and my sister come here on a regular basis and it has never been more the $30 we went today and it was $54 I obviously questioned why it was so expensive and he said the pasta and dressing is an up charge I’m fine with an up charge but $20 for dressing and pasta when no other location charges like this also keep in mind it was about half the size of a normal salad is crazy when I questioned it the obviously new owner got very defensive and yelled at me and my sister because of this we decided to go else where and we when to another salad works not even 5 miles away and would you look at that exact same thing for $30

Wouldn't even bother. Place was dirty. Soda is out of order. Items missing in the case. Expensive for wilted lettuce and old food.

this is not my first time at a salad works. I’ve been to both locations in Marlton many times. Actually a couple times a week. Stopped at this location across from the hospital in Washington Township. I asked for Sophie salad in a wrap. The employee proceeded to pull out a wrap and start to put all of the ingredients in the wrap. I just stated that I had never seen it done that way. Usually it’s mixed as a salad and then put in the wrap. So I was just stating that I’ve never seen it done that way and she got seemingly offended. Huffed and then did it the way that it usually is done mixed in the bowl first with the dressing and everything and then put in the wrap. I would’ve been fine if she had a different way of doing it I was just stating that I’ve never seen it done that way. The wrap itself tasted like it normally does. fell apart easily but I’m not even complaining about that. It was just the attitude of the employee that sucked.

I asked for a small soup and they charged me for a large. I asked why the price was the price of a large and they lied and said that a large is nine dollars when it’s really seven. I asked for my money back because I don’t do shady business like that. I even called a neighboring salad work that confirmed that a SMALL soup is $5. I will not tolerate stealing.

Extremely disappointing experience with customer service.

I placed an online order on Saturday evening at 7:00 PM—well within business hours, as the store is listed to close at 8:00 PM. When I arrived at my pick up time of 7:28 PM, the doors were already locked and the store was closed with no lights on. There was no way to request a refund through the online system, so I waited until the next day (Sunday) to contact the store directly.

I was told the owner would call me back, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was informed I wouldn’t receive a refund until Monday—meaning I’ve now been waiting multiple days with no resolution.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food you never receive, and then be given the runaround just trying to get your money back. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering from Saladworks again.

Messed up my salad twice. Two different back to back occasions. No longer going to this one.

It's difficult to mess up a chicken ceasar salad. But the Salad Works in Washington Twp managed to do so. Very little chicken in the salad. The ceasar dressing may have been the worst I ever had. It was low quality dressing that had little taste. Even the bread was inferior with a weird texture. To make matters worse the place wasn't clean. The table was sticky.

Haven't had salad works in like 5 years , decided to stop in for lunch . Got on of the specialty salads with my normal green goddess dressing and a med soup . Only problem was when I got to the register. The salad was $12 bucks which was not a problem. But the soup ended up cost me $8 for a MEDIUM. That to me is just outrageous price . I'm sorry at that price I can't see buying a soup .

Had a Bentley (chef) salad. Waiter didn't ask how much dressing and drenched the salad with dressing which destroyed the salad. Last few times at this location lettuce was brown and didn't look fresh. I try and go to other locations other than this one on Hirfville Cross Keys Rd in Sewell.

Worst saladworks in the area. The produce is always wilted and not fresh. The tables are always dirty with crumbs and food caked on them. I can not recommend anyone eating here. Will never be back to this location.

Ordered a salad and a wrap. Wrap was suppose to come with chips and a pickle. My husband picked it up. No chips. No pickle. They put the dressing on the side and the lid wasn’t secure which exploded all over the roll. Called the store. They told me they don’t offer chips and pickle and substituted it for 2 rolls (which weren’t even in the bag). And they don’t mix in the dressing on wraps for mobile orders. They said I can come back to pick up the 3 rolls, which I didn’t even order. So I had no dressing, a ruined roll, no chips, and no pickle. Thought maybe they would offer a small credit for future instead of them offering I drive 15 minutes back to pick up the rolls.
