Meal: Rib Platter Plus - $23+tax
Comes with 2 sides, 2 muffins and a soda.
*Ribs: Pork ribs were fairly well cooked but could have been charred better in my opinion, skin was slightly softer than expected. BBQ sauce flavor was fairly mediocre.
*Side one - Mac & Cheese: good flavor, garlic was heavy, cheesy on the top but more watery on the bottom.
*Side two - Collard Greens: Simply Delicious.
*Corn muffins: very well made, great flavor and moist.
Overall-
The smokers smell incredible while you wait. The staff were very kind. The food was good but a bit of a drive to get to. If i was in the area I would stop in and try the brisket next. I'm glad i tried the ribs and this new location, the food is good.

Let me tell you something, you will definitely want to go back! My boyfriend and I were driving around the area and he randomly said “Do you want some BBQ?”.
Excellent service, delicious food. we order cornbread and pork belly burnt ends, to eat in our way back home. When we were leaving Ray asked us if that was our first time there, we said yes and He immediately offer us “a bone of ribs” for free. The ribs were amazing, soft, full of flavor and tender and juicy. We are planning to go back there soon.

Staff was very nice and accommodating! The ribs and BBQ sauce was the best i’ve ever had. Would also recommend the candied yams as a side they are incredible. Thank you CKB!

Best bbq I've ever had. I'm not easily impressed with bbq in general but this is amazing. Not too heavy, no b.s. spice, just good quality mean and clean flavor.

Best bbq ever! Super nice people, great spot to stop for lunch. Ray’s pulled chicken is the best chicken I have ever tasted in my life, the mac n cheese is mind blowing. I cannot wait to go back again.

Tasty and authentic BBQ. Nothing was dry and everything was cooked perfectly. Do not expect your food to be out soon, they do a great job putting your meal together before serving it to you. Come with patience and relax at the picnic tables.

The food here very good. If you are in the mood for good barbecue in the south jersey area this is your spot. I’ve passed by this place almost daily and today was the fist time I tried it. Well worth it! Service was great, very friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed

It’s giving “best kept secret.”
You don’t need to hop on a plane or take a 7 hour drive to the south to get some good BBQ. The fact of the matter is, this place can go toe to toe with any Texas BBQ joint. The pulled pork and baked macaroni are my go-to’s, but everything on the menu is going to be amazing and fresh.
You have to go on the weekend and I’d recommend getting there around noon, otherwise there is a good chance they’re going to sell out of what you may want by 2pm.
I’d you love BBQ, but can get some smoked stuff that’s made the right way you have to stop here. You will lot be disappointed!

The food is excellent! My husband had always wanted to eat there, alas, our timing was not good. But Sunday, at long last the planets aligned and we stopped to eat. They put out a excellent spread. Worth a stop if you are there on a weekend

The best barbecue this side of the Mississippi!! The pitmaster is a true professional. This place really knows how to make everything taste excellent. The smoking process really adds a nice touch to the whole taste. They are very friendly, they serve you quickly, the portions are very adequate and I tell you make sure you stop there you will not be sorry. Get the brisket as it is off the chain and the sides are completely amazing. Don't forget the cornbread.

A little dissapointed that they were out of brisket, but their other offerings were great. The ribs and chicken were good. The only side I didn't prefer were the baked beans, but they weren't bad.
