Walked in and got a Toasted Everything Bagel with Bacon. Left and opened up the bag and noticed something wasn't right. I popped open the bagel and saw 3/4 of a piece of bacon on the sandwich. I walked back and went up to the deli counter.... she asked what was wrong. I opened the bagel and showed her the 3/4 stick of bacon. She said ok? Said if I want more I need to order â€œ extra baconâ€ I looked at her and couldn't hold in my laughter. Anyway I walked out...

Staff was quick and to the point. Didn't care if you were carrying more than you could hold for yourself and 2 children. They wanted you in and out. At the second time they were berating me to hurry to the counter 3 kids took what they could from the cold, I guess open area.

The service here is pretty bad, unfortunately. The team appears disengaged and frequently have conflict amongst themselves and the lines are long. Food is decent and the salad bar is good.
