I visited this location a few days ago, and the last two times I’ve been here, the pretzels were extremely hard — especially considering the price of over eight dollars. This place used to be a regular stop for me after a long day at work or when picking up a quick pick up order in Short hills mall but now I’ll be bypassing it completely. The pretzels were so hard they were practically inedible.

Went to get some pretzels for the road. Arrived at 5:25PM. I was told they weren't baking anymore because the store is closing. I could see if I came in 10 minutes before closing but the sign says they close when the mall closes. That was 35 minutes later. Very poor customer service.

Food was amazing and fresh. The store was neat and clean. The staff members were nice.
They never have the pretzels on the menu. I like the almond pretzel, and every time I go, they only have like 2 plain pretzels and cinnamon nuggets left. They never plan well, and when you ask for if any new ones will be made, they say they have nothing in the oven. It's mid day, like how do you not plan for this. Its so disappointing, so I'll stop wasting my time .

Busy and loud. The workers are grumpy and rude. Felt like I was bothering her by ordering food. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like customers. Food was fine. My pretzel was okay. My wife’s was a little stale.
