Had a wonderful date-night with my husband at Boxcar Bar & Grill recently! The food was delicious & the staff, especially Carlos, was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our romaine wedge salads & station burgers. We topped off our meal with house-made blueberry peach cobbler that was awesome! Looking forward to going back very soon!
Had a great dinner. The restaurant is inside an old train station long train station benches in part of the restaurant. We had rice balls and meatballs as our appetizer that were excellent. The rice balls were crispy on the outside. The sauce was very good. The pizza ovens were not working the night we were there which was unfortunate since we wanted pizza but the waiter offered us free rice balls to make up for our disappointment which was a class move on his part. Not sure what happened here. First time visiiting. The reviews do not reflect what we received. Service was good. Our server came to the table promptly and had our drinks and wings very quick. Wings were hot (temperature). The quality and taste of the wings were average. We ordered two burgers and a Cobb salad. The burgers were ordered as medium rare but came out medium well.
