Not happy with my latest encounter here. I usually never have bad things to say but I’m truly disappointed with the Banh Mi Power Bowl I got. I only modified it by removing the quinoa and paid $23 for this unfortunate picture you see here. It looked like whoever made it used minimal ingredients and only gave two slices of avocado, three small strips of chicken and not much else. It did NOT get me through my lunch break and Im very upset I paid as much as I did for this sad meal. Last time two times I was here and got Miso Shrimp Salads that were full of fixings and substance that was stacked to the brim of the container. They were amazing! Management needs to reevaluate how much they are charging for their menu items if they aren’t giving out full portions. Don’t know if I’d visit again even though I used to enjoy lunches here very much.

Pizza was okay very greasy. Service was mid and our waitress did not give us enough napkins for this mess. They also did not give us any new plates after our appetizer.

The food used to much better. The service was subpar. Waiter was having to busy having conversations with staff and other tables then taking care of his table.

Group of 4 for lunch. Maria was a helpful, kind and efficient server. We enjoyed 2 large Salads and 2 pizzas. We ordered the Cobb Salad and the Thai Crunch. We also had the crispy thin crust Pepperoni and Wild Mushroom. Total bill with tip was 120.00

Food was excellent, service was out of this world, and the atmosphere very clean. The waiter, Travis, was excellent. From the beginning to the end, he was very warm-hearted and always checked on us to see if we were doing well and needed any refills. He most certainly made sure he had a pleasant and enjoyable experience as we have came to the CPK at the Short Hills Mall many times. The food was also super delicious. The bathrooms were also extremely organized and took care of. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Pizzas are just ok. Service is fine. Bread is good sour dough. Prices are crazy. 10" pie is $20+ and the meals are high. Not worth it.

Located inside the Short Hills Mall, a convenient place to get food before or after shopping. Interior is clean, service is friendly. Kid menus are available as well. I had the Margherita pizza while my companion had the cedar plank salmon. The pizza came out piping hot with a crispy, slightly charred crust with a chewy interior. The cheese was not greasy and generously sprinkled. My companion liked the salmon, came with a healthy portion of chickpea salad. Was a filling and satisfying meal.

If I could go lower I would. My family and I sat down to eat on New Years and from jump a few of my family members made comments on the cleanliness of the restaurant; uncertain where the ice was coming from, pots and pans (used) on the floor of the kitchen and just an overall dead atmosphere. We ordered an appetizer and drinks first. After waiting, our waitress brings out the wrong appetizer. We send it back and while waiting for the correct appetizer one of my family members sees a MOUSE run across the floor. We all freaked out and we were all ready to leave. We tell a passing waiter (because our waitress never seemed to hear us or check on us even though the restaurant was barely half full) and he mentioned issues in the past but thought it had been eradicated. He was kind enough to flag down our OG waitress and the manager and all they did was apologize and walk away…We waited a few and wanted to at least pay for drinks; but our waitress and the manager were nowhere in sight. We had to walk around the restaurant to flag our original waitress and manager down. The waiter (who again wasn’t our actual waiter) was the only one to communicate to wait for a solution. We ended up getting our food to go (it was comped) but literally never saw the manager again. He said no more than 5 words to us. I wish I had his name to blast and report him for how poorly he handled the situation. The food is decent but I can never see myself going back.
