Wednesday 25 , the cashier so so but the girl who was doing the coffee very nasty, it seems that she was making a favor to me , I paid the coffe and she was talking with the people next shop I have to beg her making my coffee and she did a nasty way very unwillingness look at me as if I were a homeless, I strongly do not recommend this place. Rather the one in chatam or Madison both in Main Street they know what a customer service means

This is the worst DD I've even been to. Asked if decaf coffee was fresh and they said they would make a fresh pot. I couldn't believe what I was watching. They left the 3/4 full pot of old decaf in the pot and just added some fresh coffee to the top of the pot. When I questioned they said that's how they do it. They were out of the regular coffee and also needed to make a fresh pot of that and served the coffee before the brew was completed so coffee was so weak and clear like water. When pointed these out they just had an attitude. I asked for my money back and left their disgusting coffee behind. Where is the management? This place used to be good but after today, I will never go back again. I'll be going to Starbucks from now on!

Normally Dunkin’ inside of malls are horrible. I love this location!! There is this sweet girl who works there who took the time to know my order and realizes the app messes up when you ask for a bagel twist warmed and she warms it for me!! They are all so nice and efficient here. And plus side they make the drinks correctly. Haha

I work in the mall everyday I come into this location the girl with the glasses and bun always yelling and slamming people stuff I spend my money here everyday I don't do anything to deserve her attitude every morning
