Great fresh food. The fresh cured meats are delicious and they are very accommodating with letting you try them and cutting them to the thickness you want. It's a great option to have nearby!
As a known and admired brand, Eataly is first judged against itself and then other restaurants. At Eataly in Short Hills, the restaurant compares well, even if the size of the adjacent shopping area is a bit “short” relative to other locations, owing to its relatively smaller size.
The restaurant thankfully has plenty of space and space is what you need keep in your belly for a delectable Italian meal.

The food was amazing. My teenager kids loved it. Order Alfredo pasta if you want to have them come to you table to make the pasta in the cheese. Service was pretty decent, just one part was we wanted to have the experience of them grading the cheese over our food, but they simply gave it to us on a plate.
