Got a Turkey Swiss croissant and some coffee. The manager, Fonzi, is absolutely amazing. He was super sweet and helpful. The food and coffee were great and well-made too!

I left without ordering because the employees don’t want to work. There were 4 employees chatting with the customer in front of me and they refused to do anything. The customer waiting behind me was baffled. I finally bailed.

Wouldn’t let me order a protein shake because “the ingredients weren’t prepped” ? They literally just have to throw banana and peanut butter in a blender, what exactly is there to prep? I always order it and see them make it for me. Felt like they just didn’t want to make it today.

Team here is sweet! I don't eat meat or cheese so sometimes it can be hard to find fresh food for lunch.
The employee Michael was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make bagel and green smoothie. It was Delicious!
I highly recommend!

I love this cafe! The service is always friendly especially Tierra and Ethan, their manager as well is always so friendly when I come in. They made a specialty almond joy iced coffee, DELICIOUS! And no nuts so friendly for your nut allergy folks! Love.
Also- the bakery is fresh and their baked goods are unnecessarily delicious.

The rudest workers I have ever seen. Seems like the lady wanted to get out of there. She was banging and spilling liquids everywhere. One of our drinks was too sweet and she told us to throw it out. Really? Worst service I have ever experienced. I will make sure we don’t buy drinks at this Nordstrom location again.
