Smoothies are good but I saw a staff member speak so rude to a lady today it was such a turnoff. I’ve worked in customer service and may I say that was so uncalled for.

They advertise real fresh cut mango as a special drink only to be told “we are out of fresh cut mango”. The entire store was lined with crates of fresh mango which they refused to cut for customers. Pathetic service.

If I could rate this store a -0 I would. The lady named Wendy and her coworker were rude. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and tapioca for my daughter and we always order it on the side and dont mix it in her smoothie (scared of sipping the tapioca and choking on it). But Wendy insisted even my little girl begged for it with a thousand please. I went to different stores before than this and we never had an issue for a smoothie store. The other lady was just rolling her eyes. We did not mean to be annoying but it was a simple request and could not even give in to that. Me and my husband were pretty much upset and we will be telling anyone we know about our experience. We feel so disgusted and awful with the experience and to top if off while we were in line, they were talking about how customers are rude when they were rude and unprofessional themselves.

Tried the milk tea. Not bad at all. A bit more expensive than normal boba shops but tasted quite good.
They remade mine with less sugar due to risk of diabetes which was nice of them. Thanks!

Ordered a smoothie - girl with long braids puts a spoon of the mix in her mouth then tosses the spoon. Makes the smoothie, takes another spoon of my smoothie then pours in into my cup leaving it less than full then puts the rest of it to the side ? Clearing I was paying $9 for my drink and for her to have the rest of my order. Totally disgusted with the spooning into her mouth! This can’t be right by the owners or managers I would not go back!

Horrible service from the Filipino lady with glasses today (4/2). Incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt like she didn’t want to be there got sent directly to the kiosk.
Customer service should be about respect and basic courtesy. Never felt so unwelcome at a business before. Management seriously needs to address her behavior—this kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
Will not be coming back if this is how customers are treated.

Sometimes this stop gets busy but love the interaction that is given to allow people like myself to continue to come back not for just the bubble tea but because of the friendly great atmosphere. Horrible service. Wouldn’t take my order and asked me to use the kiosk. I walked out because I didn’t want to use the kiosk as my order was specific. I’m upstairs watching on the second floor and she’s taking everyone else’s order…. Why not mine? I might not be the right skin tone for good service it seems!
