Good food, good service and the sweet potato casserole is one of the best things on the menu and my waiter Charles was one of the best waiters I've ever had

This was my first time at this location. It was delicious. Stopped by for the $55 3 course and it was worth it. I ordered the Caesar salad (not pictured), stuffed chicken and mash, and for dessert upgraded to creme brûlée for $5. We ordered a few drinks and they were nice. Overall we each spent $100 not including tip.

Excellent! Food was perfect and staff very helpful. Steaks cooked perfectly how we asked for. I definitely recommend the sweet potato casserole it was just too good!

We had a wonderful dining experience, and we were celebrating my parents 53rd wedding anniversary! Our server Jose was super informative and attentive, he even surprised us with a toast for my parents. We will definitely be back soon!

Extremely clean, pleasant staff, and the food is on another level! Everything we ate (French onion soup, steaks, shrimp, asparagus, sweet potato casserole, and cheesecake was divine! Not to mention our waiter, Mr. Charles, of the Short Hills location was excellent! He personalized our experience with such great patience, kindness, and attention to detail! My husband and I have our one year anniversary coming up Mr. Charles surprised us with the cutest red hearts to decorate the table, a sweet happy anniversary card, and a cheesecake with our milestone written in delicious chocolate fudge and a beautiful candle! Mr. Charles is definitely part of what made Ruth’ Chris Steak House such an amazing experience!

Excellent service. Friendly host, helpful server. Only blight was calamari appetizer was greasy and heavily breaded. Steak tender, sides of spinach and masked both excellent. Fruit/cheesecake dessert very good. Value for a nice steakhouse was fair. Would return.

Wait time was good - seated quickly. The food and drinks weren't that great. Service was slow. Probably won't be returning.

As usual Dinner was great! Everything prepared to our exact request. What set this experience apart was our server Mr. Charles. He was very attentive to us the entire night and was very good with my kids. Great night.

We've have been here numerous times with the family. Today was my son's decision to come here for his 13th birthday. Overall great food and great service. Imani as our waiter and he was excellent. Never disappointed when we dined here. Calamari is a must try!

Prisoner wine tasting event was fantastic! Food was prepared well and paired excellently with the wine!! I would highly recommend! Only drawback was communal tables. Go back to building table settings as per reservations.
