5 stars for the waitstaff: Hanora and Natalie! I recently hosted a business dinner here and after having hosted a number of them over the years... this, by far, was the most seamless process from beginning to end! I arrived about an hour and a half early because I wanted to ensure that the A/V was on point, since the speaker would be virtual. I received help right when I needed it, as I'm a bit technologically UNsavvy... The private room is perfect for this kind of need. The TV was very centered, no issues with volume, and every table allowed for a unobstructed view. Service was friendly and timely. Very well oiled machine... Food was good as usual. I tried the stuffed chicken, which was juicy and flavorful... mashed potatoes and creamed spinach went perfectly together. And the salad was fresh and delicious. If I ever need another venue for my business dinners, I will try to return to this exact location.

Once upon a time, I'm sure Ruth's Chris was the place to go but I think it's time it updated a bit. I came here for a birthday dinner for my mother in law because she loves steak. We got a bit of everything, including the steak. Overall, I think the menu is a bit outdated as is the decor. The food was ok. As with all chains, we all know what to expect in terms of food quality. The steak was ok. The soup was good, the crab cakes were a bit disappointing. I will say the service was decent. The waitstaff was friendly and did a nice job. But overall, it's way too expensive for not so great good.

Solid bone-in strip, but it was a little overly crowded at the bar for my taste. Still, I'd go back for a steak any time that Roots in Summit is full, when I feel my meat tooth is beckoning to me.

Second time coming here. Everything was excellent. The drinks were very good. No measured pours here. The food was outstanding. Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was great. Our waiter checked in frequently and couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive. A great night.
